My mom and I went to get a snack at this 7-Eleven. One of the M&M's bags was ripped open (it seemed like that before I got there). Then, my mom saw combo nachos cheese chips that were 2/5 off. However, the night cashier didn't understand Spanish, and apparently he was overcharging us. He also didn't provide a receipt for our previous purchases. I'm not happy with the service at this location; it was much better with the previous owners.

They never have change for a hundred even though 3 clients paid cash in front of you like my last and literally mean last time ever coming here . Food looks old and the interior and exterior very dirty. But something came out good out of this I was driven to go to the AM PM down the street wheres they will change your $100 & very clean . As for the food looks ok ?

Y'all need to seriously do something about the man in the morning he's disrespectful and tried to take my point then said it didn't go thru when I checked how many points I have that's not cool he need to get it together me and my bf come into this 7-11 to often to be treated like that. Its truly distasteful ever time I come into this location theirs a problem with this man.

This 711 is extremely disrespectful. The nerve of the women at the counter is shocking. My husband went in the buy me cough drops and when he got to the counter asked to pay ebt cash for it which is completely right and possible I've done it already. But this stupid ignorant woman had the nerve to tell my husband u already know u can't buy cough drops with ebt. U BEEN ON EBT UR WHOLE LIFE. Who talks to there customers like that. How could u think it's ok to treat people less then cause they are using a service that u choose to provide. Like wtf. She's lucky my husband doesn't want me to walk back in there and give her a piece of my mind. So here u go world do with this what u want. But this fucking place lost my business.

Didn't have my favorite candy to start. Two the guy put his own number for the 711 award thing and when I said if I could put my own number he said aw and I would have to scan everything again. I let it go cause I was in a rush but still is that like illegal.

This business says it's open 24/7 and everytime I come after 12am it's closed, I have asked workers and also say it's open but who is saying the truth?

I enjoy visiting this location. I visitthe location two days ago and was greeted bye a Gentleman that was very Polite,Respectful, Courteous,Helpful, and welcoming. The best customer service I had received all day and i advised him to keep up the wonderful work and that we needed more people in the world like him.Thank you sir?

I give this store location five stars due to the store going under new management twice since recently moving to the area three years ago . The young lady who has always been an employee there and is still there in the mornings is just an awesome woman and human being. She's very respectful, Polite,Helpful and very aware of store prices and products and services, etc.she makes you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door.Thank you

I don't normally do this, but today I went to the 7-Eleven put some gas and went to get something to drink. I went to pull into the handicap spot. There was a girl walking up that was four lanes away from me, pulling in when I went in her counterpart, said you almost hit my coworker I said I'm sorry no I didn't. She was three stalls away from the handicap. Then she started to say yeah you did and that there's kids all over the place. There was no kids There. I met my first caring by the way I will be contacting your manager and filing complete against you for harassing me and saying that I almost hit you when I wasn't even close to you you were like four cars away from me. Have a nice day.

I am very displeased and disappointed to say the least, I checked Google maps without checking the comment section first and happened to find out the hard way by walking down from my house to try and pick up my Amazon package. You think after so many bad reviews on one store these guys would try and make some kind of update on their hours online for our sake. In any case the employees that are closing aren't getting paid enough to care about the stores benefit of good reviews vs. longevity to keep customers coming back. i.e, a simple little hours sign on the door.
