I bought a pack of cigarettes for a friend and actually got the wrong pac and he let me exchange it with no problems I haven't smoked in 15yrs so it was nice of him doing so

Ran by a con man. Intentionally not honoring by one get one for a dollar. I called him out on it he claimed the extra $2 charge was sales tax on 2 candy bars and a coke.
