“I haven’t written one of these in a decade, but after my shopping experience at Ambiance yesterday, I feel impelled to shout out Cat and Caleigh for their amazing customer service. They made me feel so comfortable in the store and went above and beyond to pick pieces that would flatter my body type and look. I ended up purchasing amazing new denim I never would have selected on my own thanks to their help and enthusiasm. It’s a rare thing to find a store packed with so many beautiful pieces AND employees that seem to genuinely love their job- can’t say enough great things about those two! Thank you!”
“Great store with super nice staff! The online Journey's website was messing up when I went here to look for a specific pair of boots. They had the boots I wanted in stock in my size, were great about going to get them from the back, and were very helpful in figuring out a way for me to use my Unidays coupon that I was having trouble accessing online. Have been buying Dr Martens here for about 5 years and this location has always been great.”

I had a pair of Great New Balance Shoes that I returned after a week or so since the stitching was coming apart. Great shoes, never had this issue before. “Staff was friendly and helpful. I wanted to buy a pair of Birkenstocks for my birthday but needed to try on for size. I traveled about an hour to get there. I tried on one shoe for sizing and purchased. I got charged a fee for using my debit card. That was weird, especially after spending over 160.00. I got home and put them on to wear and they didn't feel right. One was stretched out more. I figured it was probably a display at one point. So i had to drive all the way back to exchange. It was easy and fast but just an inconvenience.”

They were working to stock shelves as fast as they could. But they stopped to assist customers . Very courteous, professional. Although they did not have my husbands size, I will be back. “I want to acknowledge both Erik Kvernplassen and Monica Vang for excellent customer service. My niece and I purchased several items last week at the SLO store and the two different cashiers left the security tags on them. I filled out the customer survey and made note of the mistake. In less than 24 hours, Erik contacted me and made arrangements to have someone come to my house to remove the tags. Monica drove from the SLO store to my house in north county so I wouldn't have to make a trip back to the store.
The SLO Nordstrom Rack maybe small, but the customer service is outstanding!”

“This place has so much to offer and the service is fantastic. No matter who's working they're always so helpful. I tried on a couple of things today unfortunately didn't work for me. But my girlfriend bought a couple of things off the sale rack so that was good. They have dresses and sweaters, flip-flops things for young children, purses, just about anything you could want. I've bought plenty of gifts and stuff for myself over the years.”
