I've taken my truck to Tom for 10 years but never again. He couldn't fix the problem and told me to take it somewhere else after it sat for10 days while I waited in a hotel! I took it to Car Doctor in Murphy's and I am satisfied so far. He doesn't return phone calls in a timely manner and really doesn't care. He needs to retire like he wants to.

I have been bringing my cars here since 1996. I have never had a problem with Tom’s services. Tom is efficient, reasonably priced and has never recommended any service not required. He is my “Go To” guy. If you use Tom’s services, he will become your “Go To guy as well! Thank you Tom for all these years of your professional services!Services: Transmission

To those of you that need body work or even a new engine/transmission put into your vehicle, do yourself a favor and go see Tom. He is honest, ethical, and doesn't give you the runaround. Prices are fair, work is done in a very timely manner, and service is way better than expected.

My wife and I had an excellent experience at Tom's Automotive on our way back from Bear Valley. Our check engine light had come on, which was nerve wracking as we were four hours from home. Tom saw us quickly, diagnosed our problem, and assured us we were OK to drive home to have the issue fixed locally. He was courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

It's Unfortunate that I have to write this review however I've tried to contact Them several times with no avail. I was referred to Tom by a person I know and had scheduled to drop off my jeep for some repairs. When I drop my jeep off He was adamant about me sending an email of a list of things that need to be looked at. I believe it's a there a proximally two months before I finally was able to pick it up. When I called to finally see if it was ready He told me the price and I asked him if you look at the list and he said he never even looked at the list that he was so adamant about me sending. Nothing really was fixed when I pick it up after two months of having it. The engine still dies. I attempted to contact him via telephone several times and left messages and never heard back from them. Bottom line moneys gone and nothing is fixed. How do people operate like this ?????

After dealing with Tom at first I thought he was a very honest mechanic in the beginning but after taking my truck to him acouple of times he became dishonest with me telling me he would come pick my truck up and fix it said he would come get it every week for a month but never did and after finding out he didn't want to fix it he somewhat had an attitude towards me telling me there was nothing wrong with it and yet there was, why not just tell me in the beginning u just didn't want to deal with it?.I didn't do anything to deserve this. I guess he picks and chooses the people he wants to fix their vehicles? Tom I am very disappointed in u....

Tom is a guy you can depend on. An honest guy. I thought I might need some major 4 x 4 transfer case transmission work something like that, but it was just a loose wire and Tom didn't charge me a thing. He's got my business.

Tom has always been very patient w/ any questions I have asked him about my vehicle. Has a pleasant attitude is great about taking the time w/ you, he has never made me feel like he doesn't have the time for you. Very professional when he is working on your car or truck and knowledgeable. Tom has worked on my car and my family's cars and trucks for over 14 years and all of us have had excellent service.
