I don't know a lot about cars so I am always afraid to go somewhere new to get my car worked on. The fact that the front end of my car was in danger of falling off if I drove over a bump had me finally bring my car in. Alexis was my first point of contact in Autosmith. She was professional and kind, proving a person can be both. Once the paperwork was in order Jeff came out to take a quick look (note, all estimates are by appointment only). He did a quick fix but explained that it wouldn't stay fixed unless some additional work was done. We talked about options and he proceeded to fix the car then and there. I drove away from Autosmith feeling confident in the work, and knowing that if I ever need body work done again I'd be going to Autosmith. Highly recommend!

Autosmith went above and beyond to take care of my car. Our car had damage on the front and rear quarter panels that also included damage to our gas cap and front driver side door. On top of the repairs being excellent, they did a full interior detail. The office staff was extremely helpful in outlining the entire process and what to expect. They exceeded my expectations and even had our car back to us earlier than planned.Services: Painting

Poor communication. I suggest getting and understandings in writing. Good luck getting a call back if you leave a question on their answering machine. Can't speak to the quality of their work. I'm taking my truck elsewhere.

My partner brought her car to Autosmith to have a door and front fender replaced. I found the owner to be rude and overpriced. He knows he’s the only option in the area so he takes advantage of this and customers with few other options. Sounds like price gauging to me.Services: Body & Trim

I took my truck in for repairs after hitting a deer. 2021 Tundra. This crew is absolutely fantastic! They performed great work, the communication was perfect from start to finish, their prices were fair for their quality work and they worked smoothly with my insurance company. If you need auto body repairs, don’t hesitate. This crew knows what to do. Even vacuumed my truck! Their attention to detail and customer service was flawless. Thank you Sheala and Barbara! This place is awesome. Great people and great craftsmanship. After I crunched my driver's side door on a pole, Autosmith dealt with my insurance and completed the repair with no issues. A bonus is that my vehicle was immaculate when I picked it up. 5 stars!

I have been here 4 times in the last 20 years. Twice for professional motorcycle painting, twice for auto body repair. Jeff and his team are very good at what they do. My truck, was nearly totaled. He replaced half the frame and the bed. It looks better than it did before he worked on it! Excellent work and excellent service.Services: Exhaust
