The guys spent days trying to track down the clunk, which they eventually found involved some aftermarket suspension parts another shop had installed on the car. “I don't know a lot about cars so I am always afraid to go somewhere new to get my car worked on. The fact that the front end of my car was in danger of falling off if I drove over a bump had me finally bring my car in. Alexis was my first point of contact in Autosmith. She was professional and kind, proving a person can be both. Once the paperwork was in order Jeff came out to take a quick look (note, all estimates are by appointment only). He did a quick fix but explained that it wouldn't stay fixed unless some additional work was done. We talked about options and he proceeded to fix the car then and there. I drove away from Autosmith feeling confident in the work, and knowing that if I ever need body work done again I'd be going to Autosmith. Highly recommend!”
