My advice - read the Yelp reviews (believe them) and avoid this service. The idea of this service is great, but the actual service is AWFUL.Unresponsive and extremely rude. I've never experienced such terrible customer service. Really put a damper on our island visit and was much more of a headache than a service.

The idea of this service is great, but the actual service is AWFUL. Should have read the reviews first.Customer Service was terrible, employees were down right rude to us while trying to pay and use the service. Honestly, avoid. It's more of a headache than it's worth. Unfortunately they have no competition so there literally do not care if they give decent service.

We came here to drop our luggage after we arrived on Catalina Island on Wednesday the 12th. This place is convenient to use if you get to the island a good amount of time prior to being able to check into your hotel. In our case we couldn't come to our hotel early and store our bags there. I'm not sure how hotels here are with that for the most part.This place is located right where you get off the fairy when you 1st get to the island, so it's super convenient in that regard.They only take cash, and it's basically about 8 bucks a bag. Worth it if you want to not lug your stuff around.

So convenient!! They picked up our luggage from our hotel (Bellanca Hotel) took & held our baggage at their terminal while we enjoyed our last day on the island without having to worry about our luggage. We arrived at the terminal early, provided our tickets & got our luggage just like that.Aaaaaaand We were literally steps away from our boarding area.. to say this was convenient is to say the least! Thank you!

Folks working here seem to be family. The older lady behind the counter seems to get confused easily and was very rude. The younger guys working seemed to be a little bit more dialed in. Our stuff doesn't seem to have been molested but i would not have gone here had i read the reviews ahead of time. Based on the reviews and my experience with the staff i won't be using them again.

Make sure you drop off a 1-piece-luggage, if you have a backpack with a tent or sleeping bag attached to it (even though very well secured on the backpack) they will not accept it or they will make you pay much more. Check if they have any available $1-lockers on the outside. These are coin-operated and can accommodate smaller bags.

I was VERY happy with this service & it was both convenient & reasonable ! They came to our hotel & picked up.our bags at $8 a bag & held them all day at the ferry port location, we showed up with our claim ticket & claimed our bags with no issues ... I HIGHLY recommend them & I even tipped them 50 percent ! TRUST ME .... It's worth not dragging ur bags around all day !

Blue Line doesn't deliver to Vista Del Mar Hotel. After refusing my business, Tells me, "your hotel is only a 10 minute walk". How about If I wanted to lug my bags myself I wouldn't be standing here now would I?

Suggest expanding the hours on this - paid full price to keep my luggage lodged for only 3 hours. This is a great idea but they need to stay open longer to accommodate those sailing out past 6. Friendly staff and easy pickup though!

As far as price goes, great service. They will have your luggage delivered on time to your hotel but as far as customer service goes... awful. On my trip back home I had fraud on my only card, and was unable to access any cash on the island. I explained & tried to pay them via Venmo or zelle & they basically said no, we are going to keep your items unless you can pull from an ATM. In literal tears & trying to catch my boat back a very nice couple helped and paid for my luggage fees/ very kind; but this shouldn't have happened. A business that doesn't accept credit or Venmo this day in age.../ just wow/
