Beware, as you will be a "captive customer" once all your items are stored. Long-running issues with their refusal to refund monies owed. Repeated, substantial increases, even month-over-month. Angry, abusive management. Rules that change to suit their current monologue. Seriously, go elsewhere.

Been a solid, quiet customer for some years. All of a sudden, new management, and I have had my storage unit rent double in a matter of about three months. Suddenly, they are forcing extra insurance down our throats. No warning, just “we’re charging you extra for this insurance.” The man in the office (Carl?) is downright abusive and seems to desperately need anger management training. The owner hides behind her on site employees and has no interest in customer service. Just think about going some other place because this place will price gouge you and make you feel as though you need a body guard to visit your space.

Absolutely HORRIBLE management. Not there when you need to speak with them, despite being "during business hours." Rude and never able to admit their error even when documentation is provided.Constant rental increases and "extra fees." Simply an absolute rip off and very poor experience. Seriously! If you have other options skip this company!

Great storage facility!! Have been at Wilson many years.. Had a little bit of a problem, friend helping almost got me evicted from Wilsons.. I have 3 units there, that would have sucked a Whole bunch

We had had our things stored there for about 4 years and then they got new owners. The man in the office informed us that they were looking for customers to get rid of. We got kicked out for only 2 innocent mistakes.One night we were late and had to call the sheriff to let us out.Then once it was broad daylight, about lunchtime I think , and it was raining and I accidentally fell asleep in my car for about 20 minutes.I was waiting for it to stop raining.The guy from the office, Carl , came out and screamed at me to "get out and take your stuff with you".I am 69 years old and I asked him if we could please keep our stuff there, but we couldn't.Thy are very disrespectful towards older people.Also I saw a whole bunch of people leaving there, more than normal.They just wanted to jack up the prices. Now we are trying to get my mom's stuff out of there and they won't even let us come and get it, because they think we are awful people just for making 2 mistakes.I would never recommend them.

We rented an RV space outdoors. Literally a lined space in a parking lot. They did not send us an invoice for our first month. WE called to get an invoice and they were nasty about not receiving their money. The bank took longer than normal for bill pay due to it being a new account. So I went out and wrote a check in person. That same day Wilson received the bank check! They won't refund my extra month's rent. We are leaving and suggest everyone know that they are not trust-worthy.

They really work with me on the phone and I believe in themselves. Good people and trust in allowing to keep back payment to be paid later in the week or two. I've been with them for many years. Thank you Wilson storage. I give 5 stars. Again thank you ?

A pretty decent storage place , a bit difficult to get into, and the price , ow that hurts. Guess I really don't have that much to say , it's a storage facility and they're the same no matter where u r at .
