This store is a shining example for other stores. When you walk in the door the floors are shiny and clean. The shelves are stocked well and items are all lined up to the front so you can immediately find what you are looking for. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can drop off expired medications at the pharmacy drop off. Took my 87 year old mom here for her covid booster and flu shot and the pharmacy was very helpful and looked up her previous vaccine history to make sure she was eligible. This is my go to place. Check it out it will be yours too!

I've found myself needing a pharmacy after changing doctors and originally went to another pharmacy across the street. The other pharmacy was so horrible to I almost opted to just suffer without the medication for my kidney stones. My mom recommended this Rite Aid and I couldn't have had a better experience. I was warmly greeted by an employee immediately as I walked in the door, the store is beautiful with a clear path marked to the pharmacy and the pharmacist was quick and friendly. The Pharmacist greeted other customers by name, while still quickly filling my prescription. I will only ever come to this Rite Aid for my pharmacy needs in the future.

I picked up an order from Amazon and saw that the store was very clean, had various items with shelves almost full, and the associate was friendly and helpful. My Amazon package had all my items inclosed but the shipment box was almost completely torn open.

I feel horrible for these stores. Minimal staff, hours not as marked likely due to the staffing. Half empty shelves. Pretty sad. Pharmacy is overwhelmed as well.

This rating is based on the pharmacist at this location on Hwy 49 in Auburn, CA. I wish I knew his name. He is exceptional. After 30 plus years in health care, this professional has redeemed my faith. I ve watched him while waiting. He listens to patients and he solves any perceived problems. He is calm, compassionate and professional. When so many niceties have been lost, this man show how it should be done. Efficient Problem solving serves everyone. Do it right the first time and every one is happy. I wish he was training all pharmacy staff everywhere. He is so appreciated in this community.

Please confirm your account to post your review 9/5/2020Rude. I asked when my Rx would be ready and told them I needed it first thing in the morning. It had been 2 days since my doctor faxed in my scrip. I was told that it wouldn't be ready until the following day and then not first thing that morning but whenever they got to it. I would have accepted them letting me know that they were behind or swamped, but what I got was a lecture on how other customer's medications were more important then what I take. This came from both the clerk and the pharmacist. No one but my doctor and I know for what purpose I take a medication. So how does the pharmacy dept. feel they can judge who's medications are a priority? I'm sure there are guidelines but to belittle my need is unprofessional and out of line. How do they allow themselves to be so terribly rude to someone in need?

Rite Aids are not really on people's radar to review. And in a pandemic, people should also be understanding. I preface this to argue Rite Aid really drooped the ball. Their bathrooms were trashed and someone, who I assume was supervisor of sorts, was wearing zero mask. Blown away...Honestly, just stopped by for their nostalgic ice cream on a long drive with my family. The ice cream is bad but has been around forever, so is a tradition of sorts. It was fun!First problem: In order to access their bathroom, they have a key on a stick acquired from a cashier-- which was weird because it's one stick allll the patrons who have to use the bathroom must handle. Probably adds up to dozens of people throughout the day... Not really a good idea in a pandemic. And the bathrooms were TRASHED. Totally gross. Not well cleaned, very old, zeropride in maintaining it. The bathroom was also kinda falling apart--doors, the sink, the floor, the bathroom stalls. It was all just really gross. Washed my hands, gave the key back to the cashier and a customer came right behind me and asked for the key. This decathlon of the bathroom key does not seem like a good idea. The second problem: As I was leaving, I heard someone telling cashiers and employees on the floor to jump on register because people were waiting to be rang up--pretty standard managerial delegating, whatever. But when I looked up, this supervisor was wearing no mask. I assume it was a supervisor as she had brieflyentered the cashier area behind the registers, and because she was in normal cloths but still delegating to the employees. I believe she was either off or just happened to come in a little early or something. Somewhat of an older lady with whiter hair, glasses, white skin color. No mask, just walking around the store talking to employees.Put my items down and walked right out. What businesses are not wearing a mask these days... in a drugstore PHARMACY of all places? It just felt very avoidable and unnecessary. The employees themselves were really great. But the leadership (like the women mentioned above, as well as the standard of the bathrooms) seems to have some work to do with regard to setting standards. I was so surprised.

I'm a retired operations executive and know how this business can be! So when I get exceptional service I like to give a shout out. You can thank your employee Collen for saving me to return to any Rite Aid in the future. She is very attentive and makes sure you are taken care of to ensure great customer service. Thanks Collen for all your help tonight; Based on the reviews at their Bell rd. Store, you should offer Collen a training position with a nice raise to help them out there. Collen, thank you again for not only taking care of business, but you also made it fun! You Rock!! :)

The pharmacy at this place is Great! They are the cheapest for getting prescriptions filled. Always very nice and the store part of the place has everything you will ever need for anything you ever have to do.

I had to have prescriptions transferred from a different state. The pharmacy staff made everything smooth and whomever I spoke with was very friendly & helpful.
