Wells Fargo won't take my money. Went to open an account and their 'Bankers' are all booked up for the entire day. Won't be using Wells again.

I'd like to add a suggestion of having a handicap button for automated door opening here. I watched a lady with a walker struggling to get out (I helped her once I got to her).Took a star off because after 3 rings I wasn't able to connect with anyone here during bussiness hours.Otherwise, I've had pleasant experiences here during my visits. Maybe a little on longer wait times in line but I find Auburn in general to be a busy place these days so I expect congestion in most places in Auburn. It's not something I think the bank should necessarily be faulted on. Just the congestion of the area especially in this location of Auburn.

One of the worst places to apply for a loan they tell you they’re working on it and they don’t and they lie about sending documents in if you’re in a hurry for a loan, I highly recommend to not stop at this branch a bunch of dishonest people had to take it upon myself to call the loan writing company and get my answer if my loan was approved or not after getting my answer still a day later, haven’t heard back from the bank

I wish they carried foreign currency. At least Canadian, Mexican, and Euros.

I've seen some complaints about wait times here, truth is I've never waited longer than 15 minutes.Going to withhold the name but I've stood in line over 2 hours more than once at another local bank.Wells Fargo dismissed check cashing fees when COVID first broke out & has not since. I don't know of any other bank that did the same. No complaints here,5 stars Wells Fargo ?

I walked in with so many questions and Gerardo answered all of them! He was so friendly and helpful! I just wish they would hire more tellers, way to understaffed. Would be nice if they cared about their employees wellness and customer wait times.

Forever low staffed, if you ever have a transaction that doesn’t require ATM . Be ready to wait……………Like really wait…..It shows how much value their customer’s time. They need to hire more staff.What’s the point of having 10 windows with only two or sometimes even one open.

I am handling a trust for my in-laws and had to close one account and create a new trust account. There were some complexities accessing the old account and involved my brother-in-law who lives out of town. We were unsuccessful with getting anywhere with another branch (the folks at that branch didn't know anything and weren't interesting in figuring things out). I decided to stop in at this location. The personal banker I worked with, Ms. Vargas, was extremely competent and helpful. She was extremely good at keeping me updated via email and had a "can-do" attitude. It took a couple of visits to get everything straightened out, but everything worked out in the end. I recommend this branch to anyone considering using this bank.

I do not have an account there but now I know why! today i wait 20 minutes in line to do a cash advance on my discovery card. If you have an account move it..... I will email discovery and let them know. They sure push to use the ATM. Get out while you can!

Easy to locate bank on the corner. A little confusing to find the entrance. Bank has a drive thru and ATM. I was able to make an appt for the afternoon that same day online. Banking staff are very friendly and helpful. No wait for my appt when I arrived.

they can't send money to another Wells Fargo account and refuse to explain why. customer service like this is why we are transitioning to machines
