The bank decided to close my accounts and mail me cashier's checks for the amount remaining. The teller said he couldn't cash my checks since I didn't have an active account and would I want to open an account. I told him he was useless and I know that is his branch manager (always quiet and stands looking at you) and she is useless too!

Unfortunately, as a handicapped person I was treated poorly by the manager at this bank. I am rethinking my business and personal loyalty to WF.

This was the first time I had to go inside this location. I normally do all my banking via the machine outside. The inside was clean and there were two tellers and one person in line. I had scheduled an appointment on line to open an account. I went to one of the people sitting at the desk and said I have an appointment to open an account. The person looked at the computer and said that is with me, I am Vanessa Ray. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She conducted herself very professionally. She needed the forms to be notarized. Within minutes, another woman came to the area and notarized the documents. The entire transaction took no more than 20 minutes. I was extremely pleased with how smoothly the procedure went. All contact information was provided to me in written form.

Just went in to cash a check. I was told that to write cash on the check which I did. Willow comes in and says that was a misunderstanding and that my whole check was void and that I can go back to the person and have them write me a new one. Go back to the person? That is time, energy, etc for your misunderstanding. Willow was unprofessional, uncaring, unkind, and could have cared less about the issues they created for me.

Matthew was exemplary helping my elderly mother successfully make changes to their WF account after the passing of my father. His professionalism, personable nature, and knowledge of the task at hand was as good as it gets.

What a terrible bank. After meeting with a banker and providing the required business licenses. I was still denied a small business account because they could not understand a state issued license.

This bank is the WORST. AND it is NOT the fault of the Staff. Corporate has whittled down the Staff SO MUCH that it takes so much time to get to see a Teller or Banker even with an appt.!!

Went into the Elm Ave Wells Fargo branch- to open a savings account- after about 2 minutes, one of the 5 cashiers said, in the most bland tone of voice "Welcome to Well Fargo" she didn't even look at us. Finally found someone to talk to, and he said "he was all booked for today, maybe come back tomorrow" I'd NEVER go there again-Jerks

Horrible customer service from this bank. Tried to charge me a fee to cash a check of their own. Branch manager was not pleasant.

ALWAYS very long lines and wait times. They usually have 1 teller open and 3 bankers standing around. Very frustrating, especially with 10 people in line. Do not recommend this branch.

The customer service at this branch is non existent. I showed up for an appointment at 12:00 on the dot to open an account. I was greeted at door with unbelievable rudeness by an employee who obviously didn't care that his coworker had made the appointment for 12:00 when they actually close at that time. This guy was beyond rude and flippant. Ok, an oversight in scheduling on their part but I was not offered an alternative or apologize for their mistake. So there I was with all my money wishing to open an account and was basically turned away . Where is the love.? I'm flabbergasted .

Wells Fargo is without a doubt my favorite bank. They are helpful and knowledgeable about banking questions and issues. Anytime I need $2 bills, they are happy to get them out of the vault for me. They are all friendly and efficient. Plus, I love the extended hours and being open on Saturday.
