I don’t think I’ve ever wrote a review anywhere before but I’ve literally had a crazy making experience. Just about every two or three months my service gets terminated or threatened to be terminated because of unpaid fees. When I call confused because I have autopay set up, they tell me I don’t have autopay set up. So I set it up again, pay past fees confirm what my next month payment will be and then ask them to note down everything we discussed. The next month I get a $100+ fee when it was supposed to be only $30 and start the cycle all over again. It’s actually been crazy and I can’t say enough how many fees keep coming out of the woodwork every other month. Really very awful

Tech appeared 1.5 hrs after window of 8-12. Told me he wasn’t given my phone number so he could advise me until just before he arrived. Install went smoothly and I am happy with performance of internet.

They actually have the nerve to try to charge me to get an answer as to why their network has been down for six hours. Thank God that AT&T fiber network is now available in are my area!

It's only been 6 days, so far, so good. Except, speeds are running about half of the gig service I signed up for.

Some of the worst customer service I've encountered from any company. There automated phone system is basically unusable. I set up a technician to come out because their internet is down and it's a week wait to get someone to come out. I can't imagine they are going to be in business much longer

By far the worst customer service I’ve had and the bill keeps going up. I don’t understand. I asked the lady on the chat to cancel my service that I would look for a better rate somewhere else. She used the word “threatening “ WTH. I can’t believe they’re still in business after reading all these reviews.

Their service has always been pretty bad. Internet cuts out and is randomly slow. If I had any option besides them I'd be gone

Astounding company! Astounding support! Customer for 3 years. Only ISP option. Endless performance issues and outages. Billing and customer support demonstrate a lack of respect for customers. Field techs tell us management avoids fixing root cause performance issues. Confusing billing practices. We had a credit card compromised and used for autopay. Chase automatically canceled it at the same time WAVE/Astound auto-billed it. Astound added $40+ (half our monthly fee) automatically, and re-ran the charge twice, billing us 2.5x in one month, while sending the normal "thank you for your payment". No notification of any issues. When we called to determine why the bill was over $200 (vs $80), customer support informed us "This issue is your fault so we have to charge you" and refused to help. A second call rep informed us "You have to read each bill in detail to find out what we charge you, and that's just how it is." I don't like writing negative reviews, but I despise companies like this. Will drop this company the second Starlink or any viable alternative is available.

When I signed up for service in December 2022 per Wave'e online add I was promised a $200 gift card for their 1200Mbps for new internet. Almost 6 months later, several calls and they are unable to provide as promised.

The company it’s self is okay but the young lady that works in the front has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ! She so rude and has nasty attitude as if she doesn’t want to be here or it could just be me and what I look like but every single I’ve came in here and she’s helped me she’s had a very disgusting attitude towards me. Anytime there’s two workers in there i automatically go to them because she is so aggressive and rude towards me
