I went in the store today 12/20/23 to get my old phone info transferred over to my new phone. A young lady(wish I got her name) sales rep was the only person in there and said she could do it for me. It took a little longer cause of my mess up trying to do it myself but she had a great personality and gave updates on it. Another person came in to buy a new phone and she was able to handle both instead of pushing mine to the side. She did a great job. I went back later cause I forgot the phones box and she greeted me saying did you forget this! I ended up needing a new charger so she helped me find the right one. I see some bad reviews on this store but this young lady did a great job! Thank you!

Verizon as a whole could have been much better. There was never (not once) a manager in the store, and although we were promised by Verizon more than once that the store manager would contact us, no manager ever called. What could’ve made my experience better is if Lacey was the manager, seeing as she was the only one showing up and not only doing her job, but doing it so well that she made a 2 hour store wait actually tolerable (for every customer waiting there). She made the old timers feel confident instead of discouraged and out of touch, and she multitasked like I’ve never seen. Lacey is a gem and Verizon is lucky to have her. How she is not receiving a manager salary for doing manager work and literally running that store is beyond me. We just switched to Verizon and had a pretty terrible experience from the beginning. If it wasn’t for Lacey, we would’ve 100% already left, as would most of the angry customers she had to deal with in the 4-5 times we’ve been in her store to deal with Verizon issues. That girl is a rockstar and she’s single handedly saving your customers. Encourage your employees to be more like Lacey and give that girl a raise!

Zack was FANTASTIC on October 10th. He is kind , interested & most helpful. I was trying to figure out a wrong done in the Rocklin store. I had returned there for correction & assistance but received a shrug of shoulders & brush off! The sales girl had even given me her home # but doesnt answer. Zack connected me directly to Sheila, a rep at corporate. She solved the issue but said I needed to return to the Rocklin store! I dread this. If only I had purchased the new plan & phone from Zack in Auburn!

Came in today to get new sim cards for two phones I bought directly from Google. There was only one person here and many customers were waiting. I asked how long I'd have to wait, and the lady said she didn't know. So I tried the other Verizon store in Auburn and had an even worse experience.

My husband and I were at your store around 10:30 this morning, Tues, Sept 26. We were immediately greeted by a female employee who said she would be with us soon. She was with another client and we understood she had to complete her business with her. Around twenty minutes later she informed us that another employee should be there any minute. He walked in at the same time, walked right by us without acknowledging us, went into the back of the store and came out a few minutes later. He sat at his desk, turned on his computer and got on his phone. Still not acknowledging that we were there. We waited another ten minutes or so and he never offered to help. So we left.

Horrible service. We were having trouble with one of the perks of my phone plan, she advised me to call Verizon customer service for help, then was talking very rudely about the customer service representative while I was on speaker phone for him to hear. She had made a mistake and he was trying to explain what had happened. Instead of owning up to her mistake, she said that he was dumb and should be fired. He was very kind on the phone and she was extremely rude to him. Very unprofessional. I will not be coming back here.

Horrible customer service, and even worse communication. I had to go to another store and they were able to fix issue no problem. Other store said this store should have been able to fix issue. They have a lot of bad reviews, doubt this is a one time issue.

I went to the store to get a case and protective cover for my phone. They informed me of my options and had what I needed. He put the cover on the phone and camera ,also did my husbands phone, no waiting.

I went into Verizon because I was due for a new phone. Sean and Lacey not only helped me find the perfect phone to suit my lifestyle, but carefully considered my budget as well. With their excellent customer service and charisma, it felt like one those days where you don't realize how much time has passed. I will be back without a doubt!

My husband and I were sold iphone screen protectors for the 14 pro Max, and they don't actually cover the entire screen. We were unaware of this until after the screens were already put on. We came back the next day and asked if we went and purchased the correct protectors if we could come back and return the incorrect ones, David A. told yes absolutely within 30 days. After spending another 100$ on screen protectors we are now being told they are unable to issue us a refund. 300$ later in screen protectors, and extremely rude sales associates, needless to say we are less than satisfied.

Went in for help getting help with getting a port out PIN. The arrogant young adult was horrible! He walked in with an attitude. David passed us off to him and there was zero customer service! And not just that but the arrogance and to be blunt...dismissive and acted like the last thing he wanted to do was help. An a-hole!

For the most part yeah, we had a good experience at this particular Verizon store. Val was very helpful and we appreciated his help with switching all of our phones from AT&T to Verizon. The problems that we had was with the actual transaction itself.Sean the manager got involved with our buying process in the middle of selecting our phones. He started offering us deals on earbuds, connectors, and phone cases. Because he turned on the music and started vacuuming. It became very confusing on what we were paying for and what deals he was offering buy one get one free. we had everything negotiated on paper and then when he typed it in the computer, the cost changed. When Val was trying to type up the receipt, Sean came over his shoulder and started in putting things into Val’s computer and messed everything up. The next day we had to return and go over the receipt with Holly and Val and Sean came in and was confrontational when he saw we were questioning the receipt and doing returns. He again started to vacuum and do a lot of things to distract dealing with the mistakes on the receipt. It wasn’t until after he left that we were able to actually talk about what was offered and what was given. We finally were able to complete our transaction with Holly and Val. They were very helpful, but I think the store manager is making things difficult for customers and the workers at the store.
