Our Verizon representative was Jacob- he was very kind personable and well versed in everything we needed to know purchasing upgrades and service. I definitely would recommend him if needing information regarding phones and services.

Very poor service. Needed help with logging into my account, getting discounts, paying my bill. The store manager just told me to call 611 to speak to a person for support.Came here again today to get new sim cards for two phone I bought from Google directly. Although Verizon will mail them for free per the web, this Authorized Retailer wanted $20 for the two cards. This was after I asked for help transferring the data. That was going to be $100 for the two phones. Lesson do it yourself or go to a Verizon store, not an Authorized Retailer.

Our service representative was Kyle and he was well versed in everything I needed to know about my now destroyed phone and it's replacement that came the next day. He was supportive when I was unhappy with what happened to my phone, completely my fault, and help me to resolve the problem and get a new phone quickly.

Libery was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely composed. She handled multiple customers during my experience including some very difficult people on her own as her coworker never showed up for work. She is an asset to your company !!

This store is full of liars and scamers. I was sold a Flip 3 and told it was a Flip 4. I tried telling them the phone was used because it has Bluetooth connections on it that weren't mine. They assured me they don't sell used phones but when I went to a corporate store and another Verizon store, I was told by both that this Flip 3 is listed under another name and I could not return with them and had to go back to original store. I just went back to the store in Auburn and they say my 30 days is up today and I'm stuck with the phone that never worked properly in the first place. I had my number transferred to T mobile on the 14th day. I spent many hours on the phone with customer care and 3 trips into the Auburn store during the 13 days. I never received a receipt or i would have seen it was a old phone! Do yourself a favor and avoid this store like the plauge. Liars and scamers straight up!
