I utilize this UPS location frequently. I've been in the store when they are busy and slow, yet the level of service they provide is consistently good. Their team members are courteous and helpful. Debra is especially patient with questions and she offers good recommendations for shipping.

Just fair warning. If they offer 2nd day air, for a little more. It won’t get there faster. Mine took a week, and when I inquired about a refund, they don’t guarantee it. So it can take a up to a week. Don’t let the name fool you. The only service that’s guaranteed is overnight or better yet, Fedex,

UPS corporate was not kind enough to inform me that this place is not open on Sundays for package pick-up.My package has been delayed several times, "due to bad weather in your area," on clear days.UPS offers virtually 0 tracking options, unless you shovel money toward them.Changing from delivery to pick-up has also taken well over 24 hours, simply to PROCESS the request.I will never use, nor utilize, UPS for as long as I live; any other option is, frankly, the lesser evil.

Extremely rude staff at this location! I went in to process an Amazon return, and I did not know I needed to have the item "prepackaged." I've never had an Amazon return that requested this, and I told the staff member I did not see this requirement and I did as I normally would have an brought the item in the bag that Amazon provided. It's all good and well with me that this is what Amazon asked for, but the issue is how she went about telling me that it needed to be prepackaged. After I proceeded to make sure I had the item how Amazon requested, she yanked the item from my hand, scanned it, and proceeded to throw it from the cash register to a box across the room. Does Amazon not pay The UPS Store to process returns, or is this store just doing us all a favor?

Unbelievable! We payed for a PMB here in uburn while we were in transition from selling our house and moving. When we signed a contract with UPS and again when we turned in keys prior to the end of our contract that we would be wanting our mail forwarded for a few months and we would be calling each month to have that done. UPS staff reviewed this with us and verbalized no problem. So I call today and the lead person tells me she did not know this so they have mot been collecting our mail!!DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICE TO DO AS THEY SAY THEY WILL!!

Went into the store to return my Amazon package. It was not made clear to me that my packages (2 of the same items in boxes) needed to be in one box. The staff member would not accept my package unless I taped them together. Easy fix right?? I asked to use their large roll of packing tape right in front of me as I only needed two pieces. She said no and told me a needed to buy tape. This was very upsetting as the problem could have been resolved quickly and I would have walked out happy. Not going there again as my recent customer service experience was unsatisfactory.

Negative reviews? I've been there 3 times since moving here last Sept and never a bad experience. There are busy times but always at least 3 workers happy to help and keep things moving along.
