Everyone in this office is very professional, appoitment went quick without wasting time straight to the point. Would recommend for family and friends. Lab and x-rays super fast.

This used to be very good but have drastically gone downhill. Can no longer call the Auburn office, doctors have disappeared, can no longer sign in to my chart and it takes months to get an appointment with your doctor who may or may not still be there.

Been coming to this location for a long time now. Always get the best care. Receptionists are nice and helpful. Lab is friendly and efficient. Doctors are competent and caring. I appreciate the care I receive from the skilled workers here. Keep up the great work. Thank you for all you do.

As a new patient I found Dr. Nichols to be kind, patient and attentive. He is not in a rush and I felt very comfortable and listened to.I am grateful to have found a good md!!! Also very good staff and office.

They never answer the phone!!!! I'm sitting on hold music now and 2 weeks ago I had to walk in to ask about results on my husband's cpap machine because I couldn't get anyone on the phone. As I type this I've been listening to the hold music for 40 min.

Unbelievably unprofessional. The lab refuses to speak with clients. The receptionists have no idea how to provide customer service. They should just fire everyone and start over with proper training.

I am always nervous to go to the doctors due to plenty of bad experiences. I was referred to this practice from a few friends and decided to give it a try. I am so happy I did! The staff and doctors are so incredibly friendly and they got me in and out in an hour! I am so used to waiting forever so it was refreshing that everything was so efficient. If you're looking for an office to establish care, this is the one! Thank you for such a great experience!

Dr nichol will let you die before wanting to help you. The worst doctor on the planet and theres absolutely no doubt about that go to healthgrades and google reviews and read about this utter hack. Gave me medicine that can fry your liver so its imperative to do bloodwork every few months.... and never did the bloodwork never brought it up. Got fed up w the non communicative manniquin and got a new dr. First day he said "havent you been checking your bloodwork on this medication"? "It can damage your liver"- if i hadnt switched doctors im positive this idiot would have destroyed my internal organs. If you choose this guy? Make sure yor funeral coverage is up to date. Hea a disaster

Dr. NICHOLS was ok, not great... but my real issue is with the clinic itself and it's asinine policies. The administrative staff are hit and miss, sometimes friendly, sometimes rude and condescending. I will not be returning to the office, and instead opting for telemed appointments.
