Great Halloween experience for kids going on right now. Our two year old had a great time and it was very safe and entertaining. It is a really nice selection of all types of sheds as well.

Buying the Tuff Shed here in Auburn CA was so easy! Salvador Naranjo, the sales representative was very attuned to what I wanted and put together the shed package within minutes. The experience was A+! I highly recommend Tuff Shed of Auburn!

Very friendly staff. Process was not difficult. Just a couple of minor communication issues with the scheduling and coordinating. But other than that, it’s a beautiful shed and we will buy again from this location. We bought a barn style shed for our land and it looks beautiful. See below good job.

I had a good experience working with Arika at Tuffshed. She was very polite, patient and answered all my questions. Also returned all my calls promptly. She isn't in the sales department but ended up being my go to person during the process. Also Vasily who put the building together was a very nice guy. Very polite and got the job done quickly. I love Tuff Sheds. Over the years I have bought 4 of them including one garage on a concrete slab. Their quality is great and they keep their commitments to their customers. This time around I worked with Salvador Naranjo who was a pleasure to deal with. He offered helpful suggestions and ways to save money. Once I completed my design and signed the contract, I received a call from their scheduler who informed me that my Tuff Shed was already in production and would be ready for installation in less than the week they had promised me. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Auburn Tuff Shed and Salvador Naranjo. Thanks so much!

Dealing with Auburn Tuff Shed was a very pleasant and flawless experience. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The installation crew called first thing in the morning, showed up when expected and did an excellent job. I especially want to thank Salvador Narango for handling everything for me. He inspected my building site prior to installation, kept me well informed from start to finish and made sure my shed was exactly what I ordered. Salvador did a great job making this a stress free experience. Thanks again to everyone involved. The shed great.

I contacted Tuff Shed regarding installing a shed on my property.
My call was answered by Salvador Naranjo and he was just delightful to deal with. I wasn't exactly sure what size shed I wanted but placed an order for 8x10. Salvador came to the property and we discussed the shed and where it would be located. He as so very understanding when I called on a Friday and advised him I decided that 8x12 would better meet my requirements. He completely understood and I am just so happy that he was/is the salesman I talked to. Extremely knowledgeable about products offered and solutions to potential problems. If I ever need another shed, you can be sure I'll call Salvador.

I had a pretty positive experience customizing and having my Tuff Shed assembled. My sales rep of Salvador immediately came out after customizing a shed online. He took some measurements and was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of his job.My wife and I locked in our price with a 10% deposit in December. We had a concrete slab poured in January for our new shed. We paid 90% of our bill on 19 January in order to schedule delivery. The remaining 10% is due after installation.My Tuff Shed installers were Vadim and David from Belru Construction. I was called around 7:30 AM on my delivery date and informed they would be at my house a little before 8 AM. Vadim and David assembled my shed in about 4-5 hours. They asked me a few questions along the way about placement of the shed and the height of my shelves. During my final walk around for the shed, I was in awe of their work. The shed was almost like looking at a brand new truck. The installers added a second coat of paint to my shed which matches my house. Thank you Ariza at Sherwin-Williams for paint matching it for me. Vadim, David, and I acted like a bunch of teens in high school. As in we were all pretty hype about the finished product. The shed looks beautiful.The only issue I ran into was the 90% payment we made. For whatever reason, the Tuff Shed automated system charged my card the 90% payment. Their system proceeded to charge my card again around 40% of our payment not once, but twice. I was not a happy camper. After speaking with Arika and Jeff from Tuff Shed, they waived my delivery fee of $99. Then the Tuff Shed payment system charged my credit card again for the second time. This time Arika and Jeff waived our final installment payment. I could only smile from ear to ear because that was a great gesture for something they don't control.I spoke with Vadim prior to posting my review. He asked about my shed and shingles after a storm we encountered with 54+ mph winds. I told him there isn't a drop of rain on the inside of the shed from the rain we have received and the shingles are all intact as well. Talking about great customer service!
