Never purchase countertops from Home Depot. They use a sub par contractor for installation. My counters were cut incorrectly, one side jets 2 inches past the wall, and is crooked. Barry at Home Depot is absolutely horrible and will not help you with the product once it's purchased.

Recently had flooring and carpet installed in our home.Rachel King was our flooring specialist and coordinated from start to finish getting the job completed.She was always available for any questions. Working with Rachel was wonderful and we really appreciate her efforts.Thank you so much!

I find Home Depot's stupid rules to be absolutely ridiculous! Just because I did not buy a new water hose to hook up to my new washing machine, the installers would not hook up my new washing machine. What difference does it make? There is absolutely nothing wrong with the water hose from my old washing machine. Home Depot just wants me to spend more $$ and get richer off of me for something I don't need. And the existing pedestal from my old washing machine fits my new washing machine. But because I didn't spend more $$ so Home Depot could get even more richer off of me, they wouldn't put my new washing machine on top of my existing pedestal. I'm pretty much through with Home Depot. I'm not one who is sue happy and would have been more than grateful for them to help me. But for me to have to spend more $$ for things that I didn't need because I already had them and there's nothing wrong with them is totally uncalled for and a terrible way for Home Depot to do business. Especially in these terrible economic times thanks to the Biden administration. I have spent thousands of dollars in the past at Home Depot doing a remodel. But now, I'm done with Home Depot and their bullshit and will be shopping elsewhere after this purchase. My $$ is as green as everyone else's. Had I known I was going to get this kind of service (or I should say NON-SERVICE) I would have gone elsewhere to begin with! Once my new washing machine is paid off, I will be closing my Home Depot card and never shop at Home Depot again. At least the delivery guys were nice and understanding. I don't blame them at all. This is totally on Home Depot's shoulders due to their pure greed.So, if you plan on buying an appliance from Home Depot, beware, they will gouge you with your purchase or you're on your own. Some service. NO SERVICE!!!Oh, as far as I'm concerned, they don't deserve a star rating at all. They got one star because you had to pick one to be able to post. They don't deserve one single star!!!A very disgruntled and unhappy customer!

Least helpful staff out of any Home Depot. This is why I shop a Lowe's... Asked three different employees for help. All men who looked like they should be in care homes. They all just stared at me like they didn't know what language I was speaking, and refused to help me. Then they went back to standing around chatting with each other, complaining about their jobs. But then a man walked by and guess what? They helped HIM!

Rented a truck from the rental area of the store. What a pleasure it was doing business with Fred! Fred explained everything about the rental and gave advice on driving the truck and what to watch for, wide turns and side mirrors. He was professional and entertaining all in one. I left Home Depot with the biggest smile on my face. When I returned I was so happy to see Fred's friendly face again. He explained all about the bill and the charges involved, no surprises. Will definitely return to this Home Depot in the future.

Staff are very helpful even when they don't have to they helped me load my trailer with 98 bags of mulch. They are very polite and ask if I need help finding anything. The app works great for me when doing curbside. Love this store over the others

The store is great. I found good flowers & lettuce here. When I was looking for a headphone adapter to listen to my music & charge my iPhone at the same time I had to ask several different employees because none of them knew where it actually was in the store. Only one guy knew where it was.

I would give this Home Depot negative 5 stars if I could. I ordered a $1,500 refrigerator for my daughter with delivery and haul away. Delivery was ~ 1 month out, but that is understandable. Delivery day comes and my daughter who is working that day (with customer calls all day) is told through the email alerts that the window would be between 11 and 3 pm. 3 pm comes and goes. the Delivery update page also shows she will get a call 30 minutes prior to the team showing up. Sometime after 4 pm she finally gets a call 5 min before they show up.....not giving her time to remove exterior doors to allow the appliance to fit through. Note here that since she is a single mother with a small child, she arranged for a couple of friends to come and help her with the exterior door removal, so she would be well prepared. The crew shows up. First, they remove the old refrigerator and set it outside in front of her garage-OK so far...well except that they spilled water all over her kitchen floor and carpet and didn't have the professional decency to tell her that (she discovers that problem later on her own and has to clean it up. Then they bring the new fridge and try to fit it through a sliding door without allowing anyone to remove one of the sliders to allow it to fit through. During this whole process while they are in her house and she is trying to continue her customer calls(her JOB) they are using foul language and loud enough for her customers to hear....so she has to put her customers on hold until they stop swearing so she doesn't get in trouble with her job for having foul language while engaging with customers. If all of the above isn't bad enough, the delivery men are just plain rude. They declare that the new fridge won't fit in and also say...you didn't pay for us to haul away the old fridge (WE DID). Daughters friend says....well we will take off the slider so it will fit. They replied...we are already late for our last appointment so we can't wait......after they showed up 1.5 hrs late and only gave her a 5-minute warning before arrival and then spent literally maybe 15 min there. After saying all this, they without further discussion just walk away, get in their truck and leave. Daughter tries to chase them down her road to talk, but to no avail. OK, so at this point, she is now left with two refrigerators both outside of her house. Both exposed to the elements in the middle of winter. One in front of her garage and one just left by the side of her house. The crew doesn't even have the common courtesy to move anything into the garage where at least there would be protection from the elements. I then spend the next 1.5 hours on two separate calls with customer service trying to get the delivery team to come back, to no avail, am informed that they have given my daughter another appointment for 10 days in the future and that is the best they can do........REALLY? She has two refrigerators located outside in the middle of winter? Eventually, I am put on hold waiting for a manager....but no surprise it after 20 minutes on hold goes to VM....obviously even though I left my phone number have received no callback. This is all so COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. How can they treat anyone like this and think it is acceptable. I have faithfully shopped for many years at Home Depot, but this experience has me saying.....the heck with them. Why would I ever shop at Home Depot again, I should take all my business to LOWES. I have 4 more expensive appliances I need to purchase in the next 30 days. I'm afraid unless there is some satisfaction I will be giving all my business to LOWES going forward. Quick update-thanks to the friends, who removed the door very shortly after the delivery. The same friends were able to get the new Fridge inside. No Thanks however to the very unhelpful HD staff and delivery team. She still has the old fridgeul which we paid for haul away sitting outside. YAY :-(

Over crowded with jammed isles. Poor phone contact service. Tool rentals took over 17 minutes no answer just a disconnect.Too bad. They do have a few nice people for service if you can find them.

I tried all morning to get ahold of someone in appliances to ask what dishwashers they have in stock. I live an hour away and can't for the life of me get ahold of anybody. I will now give my money to a place that wants my business.

I think Americans have come to a sad point in this life in the United States when we are told it's OK to listen to lies when we're told that this is quality when we're told that we have insurances that fall through when we tell each other, their actions, whether by management, CEO or other authority or by clerk that this behavior is OK. WHEN it is completely not, I feel they have followed suit of the governing parties they believe in for WE the PEOPLE sleep while walking....There IS no more WE in the People EACH One as it was written long ago are within a center of self......shame America I have filed complaint in California with Attorney General office and several other federal agencies, and I am assured in myself that they will do nothing as they have been doing for years now, but my eyes were closedI think we need to be aware that most of our large industries well-known name brands are not dealing in America and no longer follow the integrity of our flag or our trust!!As consumers, we need to realize before we have an issue that this is True and instead of frivolously buying items off the Internet, or buy suggestions of a computer, a phone, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter we really need to PAY-ATTENTION to what's going on around us instead of being so absorbed in our phones and what everybody else thinks and promoting trash in AmericaAmerica was ours once what happen well I can tell you that we lost our attention in thieves we keep turning our cheek!....They took what we no longer valued our liberty or right to good quality and our right to determine right from wrongit's about the POWER of the consumer. We have the power to regulate buying ,WE have the POWER to control Its evil behind Its money.WE need to start using our powerWE need to start standing up together WE need to stop this corruption which steals from us our children or families, our communities WE need to wake up !Our Ancestors didn't float over here to be stripped of common law /common sense given upon our Birth right "Right & Wrong "I KNOW Karma will come to All involved and when it's does just payment is due!!!

Worst Home Depot ever. I waited over 20 minutes for a power tool to get unlocked. One of the cashiers was trying to help me as much as she could, she called for someone to help me 4 time's!!! Over the course of 20 minutes and no one ever came. I ended up setting down my other purchases and leaving. Wont be coming back to the Auburn location any time soon.
