The name says it well. These guys are honest, reliable and professional. They went the extra mile to diagnose a problem that I had with a recently purchased jeep. Our daughter's Acura was making that knocking sound that fills you with dread. She lives in Santa Rosa and couldn't find anyone she felt comfortable working on her car. Logan got us in the day we called and found the timing chain tensioner was busted. She was close to losing her engine if she had kept going. Reasonable repair cost parts & labor. Great communication throughout. We will be bringing our Tundra and RDX to them for all future work.

I have taken my family cars to The Master Technicians for the past couple of years. I have interacted with most of their staff. They are all professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. I believe they always put their customers' best interests first. I highly recommend them.

This place is great! I moved to Auburn 4 years ago and my new handyman recommended Master Technicians to work on my 1999 4Runner. I have been there ever since for both minor service and large repairs. They are outstanding. Stacy runs a clean well managed shop with very fair pricing and strong communication skills There are NO surprises. I would highly recommend Stacy and her team - You will NOT be disappointed..... The owner Stacy Graham sells and installs inferior aftermarket parts and bills out original equipment part numbers on some of the customer invoices. ( THIS IS CRIMINAL) In addition, she sells and bills out valve adjustments when not necessary. In most cases the valve clearances were not even checked, however, the labor hours were still billed. I cannot give Master Technicians a high enough rating! Three years ago I had a total rebuild of my engine on my 1993 Toyota PickUp with 300,000 miles at Master Technicians. It has run great ever since. This year it did not pass smog so I took it in. They replaced the catalytic converter for me but it still did not pass. Stacey told me not to worry, they would get it to pass smog. They kept tinkering on it and trying to get it to pass to no avail. Then finally I got a call that it had passed!! And Stacey did not charge me for all of this work to get it to pass since the catalytic converter was not the problem. I will continue to have Master Technicians take care of all my needs for "Old Blue." They are professional, stay in communication, and are fair with their pricing. They are the BEST.

I have taken my 2005 Honda CRV twice now for some fairly significant repairs. I plan on keeping this gem for a long time so I am thrilled with the excellent service provided. I spoke to Stacy to explain what I needed and was given an appointment and a completion time. Both were met which is refreshing to have a business that respects a customers time. The pricing was extremely reasonable. While the repairs did cost a bit, I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of or that the parts or service were padded. The residents of Auburn are truly lucky to have such a great business. I will continue to bring my CRV to Stacy and Master Technicians from here on out. THANK YOU from a happy customer.

The Master Technicians offered (and may still be offering) a etching on your catalytic converter and a spray painting of the PCSO sheriff's Dept On your converter for FREE. They're doing this as a service to the community. There is ZERO charge - if you want to give something they'll tell you the name of a charity they support. It's FREE on the vehicles they work on: Honda, Acura, Lexus and Toyotas. You do not have to be a previous customer. This was done while I waited a couple of months ago (this year 2021). mastertechnicians.net It's no surprise to me that they have a 5-star YELP review. I don't have the right words... Stacy is a true gem. This shop went above and beyond. Toyota in Davis had previously quoted me about $600 for this passenger mirror replacement and with The Master Technician I only had to purchase the part! If there is a word stronger than grateful then that is exactly how I am feeling. This will definitely be my first shop option, moving forwards, for any and all issues regarding my Toyota! 100/10 highly recommend!
