The customer service / pick-up desk team members are always really friendly and helpful. But this store is understaffed: the garbage cans are always overflowing, it’s hard to find help on the floor. Inventory is also inconsistent.The location is really convenient, so I keep going, but compared to Rocklin, well there is no comparison. Customer service just isn’t a management priority. The photo below demonstrates my point.

Target delivered tv that was too small. I told delivery man to take it back so I could choose larger one at the store. He set up TV in spite of my objections. Told me to call store and order larger one and Target would deliver it. Not true. Target doesn't do that. I had to drive back to the store and reorder a new TV to be delivered 2 weeks later. I still don't have it. Very unhappy with Target. Also, almost impossible to contact Target stores on the phone. Poor customer service. Unhappy customer.

No cash in self checkout so if you don’t have a bank card with you, you’re gonna have to wait behind five people in line because they understaff there checkout stands. Then theres the fact there isn’t even anybody around at the self checkout to help. Hopefully Targets profits are up though ?????

Some of the cashiers here are older and things can get pretty slow, but the self check out helps. Today Kylie went above and beyond and ran to the back to find a product that was supposed to be in stock. She found it on a pallet and brought it out for me. Thanks, Target!

This target location gave a nine month pregnant woman grief for needing help with loading a heavy object into her car. Think twice about spending your money here if you wanted to respected.

The Auburn store is clean and bright. The staff are friendly and helpful. You can always find everything you need at reasonable prices.

Items ring up at higher price than advertised. Management refuses to do anything. Many zero star exp w cs
Many advertised sale items are "out of stock" for the entire sale period. No rain checks are offered. Overall I would say this is one of the most poorly stocked targets I go into
Update went in there a half an hour ago the cashier charged me 9$ extra by mistake tried to charge me for some jewelry item I've never seen before and have no interest in purchasing. This is the third time this month of a cashier error like this. Manager Called it a coincidence just too bad the error is never in my favor.
