Note for the Owner: I’m not interested in arguing with you and I don’t want any compensation. My only hope in putting this review out is that you’ll heavily consider it and raise the safety standards and level of cleanliness in your shop. So that other customers don’t also receive fungal nail infections in your shop!
Edit for the Owner: The owner claims to not have me in their records. Twice I came in and signed into their online kiosk and the other two times, it was broken so an employee signed me in person. This could be why. I was apart of the mailing list and rewards system until I recently unsubscribed. That may also be why they don’t see me in their records. I can assure I was here, and I can assure it was this salon.
I have been here on 4 different occasions. 1 of those times I received “greenies” also known as a nail fungal infection. They don’t use safe and cleanly practices. 1.) They don’t ask you to wash your hands when you come in before you get started. Red flag. 2.) They use and reuse the same dip powder for different guests nails, without the guests washing their hands first. Red flag. 3.) They also don’t use a secondary cup or container to pour the dip into so there’s no cross contamination. Huge red flag. 4.) There was a “dirty” bucket of file boards and she used some of the “dirty” products on my nails. At the time I thought maybe they had been mislabeled or something but they weren’t and I was shocked. 5.) There has been two visits where I left with 1 or 2 fingers bleeding at the cuticle from filing to hard and cutting the nail too close: actually had not experienced that at any salon before, so I was really just shocked. It’s not clean, and the vibe they give is they don’t care. When I told them I got the greenies from this salon there was a lot of looks, and hushed tones. I was speaking directly to the lady who did them last time, and she was very quiet. No accountability or apology. Another time I came in here and selected the nail art that I wanted for my nails directly from the nail technicians photos of previous nails that she’s done. She shows me this gorgeous stunning picture of rhinestone nails, and then proceeds to give me something that looks nothing like that. Both of the nails with the designs on it, also look nothing like each other!! Disappointing to say the least. Steer clear of here and educate yourself on clean nail practices. Don’t ever let a salon make you feel bad for asking for clean materials and a clean set of nails. I hope they raise their cleanliness standards. I tried them 4 times. I’ll never be back.

Overpriced and dirty. The employees appear dirty. They charge too much for a simple manicure and pedicure. While getting a pedicure the girl was so busy looking at the front door she cut my toe until it bled. I will never go there again!

This was a very disappointing experience. I have been here maybe 20 times over the past 3 years. I have had some pleasant Interactions with some of the girls that have helped me with manicures and pedicures. I don't actually like to wear nail polish except for special occasions. As it happens, I walked in with red polish on, that they had put on a few weeks ago for a big work event I had. Today I just wanted to give my fingernails and my pocketbook a break. I did get a pedicure with polish. I then started on a manicure and the woman tried to upgrade me to a dip treatment that she felt would look better on me. I initially said yes. She then tells me It will be $9 more. This conversation happened as she was removing the polish that this shop had put on me a few weeks ago. There was some confusion and she moved me a few chairs down to have someone else take Care of me so she could treat someone who had an appointment. As the new person sits down to help me I explain I have changed my mind I don't want dip or gel or any polish. Just please clean up the cuticles and file my nails. I explain I am on a budget and would rather get the dip that they were recommending, in a few weeks for my birthday. I then check out. They charged me for my pedicure and my manicure then charged me $39 for gel polish removal. I was shocked and extremely mad. I am disgusted with these people charging me to remove polish they had talked me into. I will never give this place my business again.

They do the best job in town! So nice and friendly, makes sure you feel comfortable. My nails turn out perfect every time, I won’t go anywhere else.

My nail tech was very sweet and kind. But the quality of work was poor and the day after, my gel started to peel off.The chrome finish was not applied correctlly. It was a waste of money. I feel bad, since the salon was beautiful and nail tech was so nice. But i will not be retuning.

Ok, every where I travel I always on the hunt for the best nail salons. This was on point. They were very understanding and will to agree to a price I received from a competitor. I’m sooooooo happy I went to TK Nails. I even met T, he’s very nice and accommodating. He had his best nail tech do my nails. I have to say I’m very picky. Nicole did more than I asked for. She did a super great job. ? I’m super satisfied.

came in with my boyfriend for a pedicure while waiting for laundry and got exactly what we wanted. it is clean inside and the lady's there are awesome. will come back again soon

My favorite nail salon in the area! Very reasonable prices with frequent discount days if you sign up. Always incredibly sweet and welcoming; relaxing atmosphere. They are very sanitary and do a great job!
