The guy working behind the counter was great.The last time i went to subway was 4 years ago.Subway needs to return to the old ways of making sandwiches.They used to be great. Then they tried to be everything to everyone.Fix the meatball sandwich the sauce sucks.Stop selling cheap meats and passing it off as fine cuts.Bring back the old way of cutting the bread.Stop premeasuring the food. Thats just cheap and greedy.

The owner Ray is a cool dude. He works this place on his own 7 days a week and is very friendly. Thick accent and a bit hard to understand at times, but he will load up your sandwich way more than other locations!

This morning I placed a door dash order totaling $38 and some change. I ordered 2 sandwiches a sprite and some cookies. I got the order and there was no sprite. Ok not a big deal. After I received my food I got a call from the owner of this subway. Who proceeds to tell me DoorDash did not charge me enough. And it should have been over $46. So I asked if he expected me to pay that. He said no but next time he'd cancel the order. I called Door Dash and filed a claim on the professionalism. How is that my fault as the consumer and why do I care if they didn't charge enough. I paid what was asked of me. Oh and the cookies tasted weird. This isn't the first time he has done this either. I have ordered one other time from DoorDash using the subway app. I used a coupon code and he calls me and says he doesn't honor that code and cancelled my order. Looks like this is a trend for him. I will be taking this to corporate. Wrong way to run a business buddy. My husband is the GM for a rather large popular sandwich company. I just don't like their sandwiches but I do know what good customer service is and I've never heard of a franchisee calling a customer to tell them they didn't pay enough.

The owner "just works here"! What a joke and if it wasn't the owner you need a new employee! So rude, no customer service what so ever. I already hated Subway but I thought meh it's lunch and it's close. BIG MISTAKE! Apparently cooperate doesn't care how their franchisees do business either! No food and out money until my bank gives it back I guess. I really just wanted a sandwich. If your order doesn't print don't even think about getting it or your money back because it is not their fault. After writing this I realized when reading other reviews I should have read the reviews prior to ordering and it would've saved me a headache!!

My husband goes here alot . Love the Sandwiches service is good and the same man works there day in and day out. He is a hard worker and very friendly.

Ordered through the app at this location and used a BOGO code that we received in the mail. Went through the whole ordering process and paid for it with seemingly no problem. Then we get a call from a guy that I can barely understand saying that they don't take the coupon and something about canceling the order and then he hangs up. I call back, he hangs up on me again. My wife then calls and tells him to cancel it, he hangs up on her. We ended up ordering from another location and the guy never canceled my order and my credit card is still charged for the lunch we never got. Customer service is not this guy's strength... real p****
