It's rarely crowded so lines are short. I like having the UPS drop off feature although they won't take large packages. Product selection is good and prices are very reasonable.

Purchased a Brother printer six months earlier. All of a sudden it stopped printing. I tried replacing black ink cartridge, unable to remove it. purchased extended "no question" warranty. Brought machine back in and after some checking. I was issued a new machine. Great customer service.

Soooooooo miserable returning anything at this store. Super slow and always 3 or 4 people in line. Makes me not want to shop at Amazon!

Appreciate the kind help of store manager Kevin during our recent visit. We went in to look at office chairs and shredders and got everything we needed plus a sweet deal on a couple of computer desks. Sometimes the timing is just right for a sale! But even without a sale, I appreciate the attention and knowledge that Kevin gave us and the help loading our purchases into our truck.
We've shopped at this store for over five years and it's been a great experience overall.

Are you as tired as I am….with waiting longer for deliveries?…..for recycling cardboard and plastic?….tired of being the secretary for every company you purchase from?….tired of dealing with packages that the post office says was delivered but they left the key in the wrong mailbox?…..tired of the claimes and unresolved issues with no paperwork to prove you paid for, but didn’t receive the merchandise….if you said YES, then I highly recommend Staples where I can purchase and save myself the angst all those yeses generate….let’s put Amazon and all such dysfunctional businesses …..back in their proper place….Shop Staples

I recently purchased a marketing banner and Razor flag from Staples. I shopped around and Staples offered the best price and exemplary service. Larry (Auburn, CA) assisted with design and order details. Turnaround time was terrific. I recommend Staples Print Center for custom jobs.

When my printer broke I used the online service to order my papers to be printed there, but when we got there to pick them up they said I wasn't in their System. They weren't any help and told us to use the self serve kiosk instead of helping us. I am extremely disappointed and I won't be using their services again. They are not reliable, if you can, use the library or your school.

The print shop employees like to hide behind the counter rather than assist customers and make faces at them too. There was no other customer in the storeyou can see it on your cameras. Lazy. Maybe if you shower before coming to work and comb your hair you qont feel the need to have a stinky attitude with a stinky body

I was told by the manager that this store has no staffing. they are unable to do Amazon returns. Even though this is where they are sending us to do it, being patient will not help us. don't know why you keep the store open if you don't have people to run it.
