They are consistently over an hour late, but they require you to show up 10 minutes before your appointment. Look elsewhere for a good family doctor's office.

Went in a few months ago and I started telling Victoria Taylor NP or PA my concerns and issues and she says "someones feeling sorry for themselves today". So I shut up and left. Haven't been back.

I was a New patient to the office and with only one visit I'm going elsewhere. Instead of a Dr. I got a nurse as my primary care person and when I got blood work and other tests done, i had to call for the results and the receptionist tried to give me results. Lol. Really only good as an urgent care facility. Don't rely on this place to really care for your health.

This place has gone downhill ever since Dr Boeye passed away. I was a patient of his for years. Today I called asking if I could be seen as a walk in. I was told they don’t do walk-ins anymore. The receptionist had very poor communication skills and it was like talking to a child on the phone. Guess I won’t be coming back here anytime soon.

There aren't actually any physicians here. Most of the staff answer phones, take money, and schedule appointments. Steer clear if you actually need a Dr.I expect them to close their doors for good in a few months. They used to be open Saturday but now they are closed an hour and a half for lunch on weekdays and all day on Saturday! I suspect it's because they can't find any real physicians to work for them.

Terrible, unprofessional, horrible, horrible experience. I've had two doctors there leave, they never notified me. They pull prescriptions. I go to pick up new prescriptions at the pharmacy and they've been pulled because the Doctor Who assigned them left but no one called to update me that the doctors had left the practice. This practice cannot keep the doctors. They expect me to come back into the office with a new provider to get my prescriptions again, even though I had refills available. I am out of state and won't be back in town for two months, what do I do. Horrible, horrible horrible.

Had a appointment for 9.13. Got there the receptionist said I couldn't been seen unless they got payment immediately for my appointment on 8.9.23 of which I never received a bill for yet as of today 9.20.23. So I said cancel and walked out. Called billing , said bill posted and would be on the way and apologized said the doctor would call. As of today 0 calls, 0 acknowledgement from the office. Avoid this office. I will be switching my primary care from here. I have never not paid my bill. I have a hsa account and need a billing to submit for payment. Apparently it's beyond this practice to comprehend that. They suck!

Tried to go in today , office is supposed to be open Saturday 9-4. They were closed. Please edit hours online if you guys aren’t open weekends, it is unprofessional for entire staff to just not show up for a scheduled work day and not at least change your message on the phone to say you are closed all day Saturday. I waited for an hour past the time the office is supposed to open, no one showed up, ended up going to auburn faith ER. Got amazingly fast service and care even for a walk in emergency. I highly recommend going to ER in auburn

Chris is amazing. Above and beyond for sure. When they are shirt staffed, the office staff needs to do better. However, the doctors are always fantastic. I've been going to this practice for 10+ years. Even though I've moved out of town, I still drive back so I can receive the care I am use to.

Honestly appalled at the service here. Inconsiderate staff, have had multiple MULTIPLE issues with getting my Rx's on time, needed to be referred out for an emergency and they never sent my referral, ended up at urgent care. I was calling for 2 days with no answer, even left multiple messages, it was to the point where I took time off work to DRIVE there just to speak to someone. When I got there that particular day there sign said "closed" (it was during their business hours), I peeked into the window and saw someone at the desk who did nothing. The door was unlocked, I walked in and asked what was going on, the gentleman at the desk casually said "No we are open I just haven't changed the sign from lunch" (and they claim to be an urgent care clinic and they are not closed during lunch). Truly the worst care I have ever received! They do not care and honestly they shouldn't be in practice. Absolutely horrified at this place.

was assigned dr jackson after joining blue shield insurance. i called today to schedule an appointment and eventually get a referral for a sports medicine doctor. apparently dr jackson is no longer seeing patients because he is “retiring”.and no, they would not give me a referral for another doctor.this is strange because other online reviews of dr jackson mention his receptionist telling the caller that he is not in office or seeing patients.. in 2021.is sierra medical group a scam? if blue shield has assigned you to sierra medical group i would suggest switching providers and skipping the frustration.EDIT: wow! this clinic has 2 stars on yelp. a post 25 days says the receptionist told the caller that dr Ibrahim is “gone for a couple months”. and that there were no doctors to schedule with. this clinic is a scam.

Both doctor and the medical assistant were very friendly and professional. Answered all of my questions. I felt comfortable and relax.

They got me in on an urgent basis, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of as timely as possible, despite having the run around for authorization from my insurance and being in the midst of an internet crash. Everyone is very kind and accommodating!I really appreciate everything, thank you so much Sierra Doctors team!
