TERRIBLE service with disrespectful clerk (ponytail). Pump said, “Clerk has receipt.” Clerk inside asked “What’s the pump number?” I said, “I don’t know. The pump said you have the receipt.” The clerk said, “i need the pump number.” I looked out the window. My jeep was the only vehicle out there. “It’s the Jeep,” I said. “That’s pump 6, sir,” the clerk said, adding with a smirk, “Six comes after five.” I replied. “And before seven.” The clerk said, “Very good sir, you can count.” Left this Shell station thinking, “Yep, I can count. And your store manager should know that the number I am counting to for his benefit subtracts $1,800 a year in gas purchases from this business. I’ll be buying gas down the street from now on. And maybe I’ll get my wife and friends to avoid this Shell Station too. But, hey, you will still have the witty kid with the pony tail to entertain you.

I have to say I was appalled and surprised last Sunday afternoon at this gas station. There was a young boy working there, just him as I walked in he was eating and then hiccupping just to start, he was a little overweight. The real kicker was when a old woman walked in and needed help with pumping gas, he was so rude and told her, just do as i say. WOW. I left the store and went and helped her, it took just a few seconds of kindness and i was not getting paid for this. It was 5:30 3/13 2022. I dont believe this is who you want to represent your business!

Fairly good Shell gas station, the location is a bit of a hassle to get in and out of especially when it's busy, but overall it's a good place to fuel up.

Allan the cashier paid for my gas tonight. my card has been getting declined all day for some reason. Allan did not hesitate to pay for my $30 on pump one. The world needs more people like Allan. I will be paying Allan back along with a $20 thank you fee. I hope he gets recognition from management as a serious asset to this company.

Over all not a bad gas station. (Other than gas prices but I’m not reviewing that) Plenty of pumps. The food mart is clean and well stocked. Lots of variety. The bathrooms are ok. I’ve seen worse. Sometimes hard to drive into from the other side of the road. The staff is helpful and food prices are reasonable.

Open Smaller24/7! Smaller Shell then the other one in town but it suits 'Small-town Auburn'. ALWAYS LOWER PRICED then the other Shell in town with kind staff who works to move the line along. Been going here for years, my 'go-to' stop for gas and such.

I regular this store and have always experienced great customer service. There are always multiple employees working and all of them have been pleasant and customer service oriented, which is not always easy to find these days. I must point out though, I noticed a previous review about a particular employee who works at this store. I worked for law enforcement in this county for several years, I would have to say that I commend the individual in question for finding gainful employment. Finding work can be a challenge for anyone, especially for someone who has made some mistakes in their past. I am aware of this individuals prior situation and I think that sometimes people jump to uneducated/uninformed conclusions, this is a gas station, not an amusement park. People have all made mistakes, whether or not they've been caught is another matter. I think the most important thing is to learn from your mistakes, change your ways and move forward. Obviously this individual is working and is a valued employee or they wouldn't have a job. I commend the owner of this station for being willing to give someone a second chance. Isn't it better to have someone make an effort at gainful employment and be a productive member of society rather than to be a leach on taxpayers? I will continue to shop here and fill my tank on a regular basis and my hope is everyone else will as well.

I usually avoid shell gas stations because of their up selling on the pump. Just let me pump gas, don't ask me about joining rewards every single time. It's annoying. Also, they design the pumps poorly, so it's easy to hit the wrong fuel button with the fuel hose. It would be easy to fill it up with the wrong gas without realizing it. Never have this issue at other stations.

Great place for a pit stop. The bathroom is large, clean, and has a baby changing table.
