I had a very bad experience in this store in the very first time ever. This has not happened to me before till now. So an employee, I don’t know her name, I should have checked before but she wears glasses and has ginger/ orange hair. I think she works in the back. She's not a cashier. So how it all started. I was in the aisle of women clothing, just looking, and this shirt starts beeping out of nowhere, it wasn’t even coming from my side, it was coming from the other side where the other lady was looking at the clothes, she even grabbed the shirt and put it aside so when they come, she would show the employee. I saw when the security was telling to the employees that something was beeping but didn’t know where it was coming from. So the employee comes to me and says if I was stealing, keep in mind the shirt was in the other side not on mine. Why would I be stealing in front of my daughter why would I do that. You know what she was being racist if she told me that instead of the other person. Why because I’m brown. So after she finds out it was the shirt from the other side, she says “I was joking” like no you can’t be saying that as joke. I didn’t even shop after, I didn’t feel comfortable. She said that because I am brown. Thankfully My husband talked to the manger and apologized since she didn’t apologized to me and says “she was joking”. I know they will not do nothing about it. But that’s not right!!!! I am no longer shopping here . I had to share! So if this happens to you, don’t stay quiet!!! I wish I can leave zero starts. This is not okay. Stop the racism!!!

Best Ross store EVER. They are usually stocked up on goodies, all employees are absolutely amazing, store is always clean. Prices are way lower than in regular stores. Just a totally amazing place

Unfortunately, very limited choices for dresses, the customer service rep said they will be getting more inventory soon. I hope so! 8 dress choices in sizes 8 and 10. Eight choices are very limited, you would think there would be a little bit more. The store was clean, organized, staff was friendly.

Back to 5 stars! We had a good experience here today. Staff was so friendly and helpful. I found some converse shoes that I can hardly wait to rock! Also got stocking stuffers, boxers, socks and slippers. Excellent toy selection too. Found playdoh and other fun stuff too.Edited a year ago to add- one star. My daughter came in today to get me some socks. We both work retail so we know the struggle of dealing with the public for 8 hours a day. When my daughter said thank you to her for bagging her purchase, the cashier responded 'WHATEVER'. WTH? This isn't the first time they have been treated rudely here. I wish I had been there I would have handled it immediately. Older woman with dyed blonde hair. Not cool. My daughter was being polite and that is how you responded?! Poor form. Extremely unprofessional.Ross is one of our favorite stores to shop for gifts and bedding. Nice selection of beautiful items to choose from with reasonable prices. We love this store.

Ross is one of my favorite stores, and this one in Auburn is equivalent to the ones I visited in Southern California. I appreciate that they carry a variety of quality products for the home, such as, kitchen ware, furniture, bath essentials, garden essentials, pet supplies, home decorative items, electronics, basic automotive items, clothing for men, women, and children, and other items. The store is always clean and well organized, and the workers are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, in addition to having a security guard who is always courteous and ensuring everyone’s safety is maintained, in addition to securing the store’s merchandise and maintaining safety measures. I highly would recommend this store.
