Rose Roofing was the contractor that installed our roof when our home was built almost 17 years ago. We had no issues until recently, when a leak developed with the extreme storms we have had. Even though they were slammed, Rose Roofing came out the very next day to inspect the issue and they were able to do a temporary repair, did not charge us and committed to sending us a bid for essential repairs and recommended maintenance. They did, and got us on their schedule, which had become even busier due to more storms and more urgent repairs needed for other customers. They showed up on the scheduled day and expertly performed the work. When the bill came through the next day, we could not believe it when it was actually about 30% less than the original quote. What business does that these days?? Rose Roofing .....that's who. It has been our pleasure to do business with a company that not only has years of experience and does excellent work but one that has integrity as well and values their customers. Rose Roofing will always be our "go to" for roofing needs and we have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

I am a senior citizen who has seen my share of service technicians in my lifetime... from "never again" to "really good"... but none as great as Rose Roofing! From the initial inspection to the roof repairs on a home my wife and I recently purchased in Sun City Lincoln Hills, there are not enough kind words I could say about the owner, Rose, and the technician, Fernando.I would not use anybody else... nor would I recommend anybody else!Simply the best!!!Thank you Rose and thank you Fernando!Services: Roof inspection

We installed solar on our house, but the existing tile roof did not have plywood decking underneath for support due to an older style of construction. We chose Rose based on a recommendation from another tile roof owner. They were unfortunately booked out over 3 months from their bid, but that obviously shows that they are in demand. They came out, had our roof tiles stripped off, plywood and felt installed, and tile back on in 3 days. They were able to reuse all of our roof tiles (minus a couple broken ones) and did a beautiful job reinstalling the roof. Their crew was very professional and communicated with us the whole way. Fernando (supervisor) was also very kind to accommodate our solar installer to put in mounts under the shingles before they relayed the tile. Rose Roofing fit in my new roof before the rains this year. After all the downsides to 2020, this was a real plus. The crew was very efficient, professional, and personable. The staff at the Auburn office was reliable in keeping us updated on the project start date, contractual obligations etc. It's raining again now and no leaks!
