They have started getting rid of the veterans that make the store what it is. Now they are bringing in young high school kids and don't properly train them no to put banana's in the bottom of the bag and not to cop a attitude when not to put them down there. Cutting the good employee's hours. Now they have young inexperience low paid, don't show up half the time kids. Experienced and skilled people is what it takes to run a quality store. Not corporate wanting to save a buck. I have been going there for many years and now I am disappointed. Might need to switch up to safeway

The deli has the absolute worst customer service I have experienced. If you want to visit a deli that absolutely hates its customers and accuses them of "privilege" for making a purchase, this is your place.

Always fresh produce, meat and deli items. Ample parking. Clean bathrooms. Never "too" busy. professional, helpful associates. I've ordered several special order cakes and they are always exactly what I've asked for AND delicious. Does have a pharmacy, deli, donut/coffee bar.

My first time at this Raley's location. The store was dirty and the staff unfriendly. The produce look old. The parking lot area has a lot of trash around it along with weeds.
First and last time at this location!

Overpriced store for anything you buy. 98% of the time the sale price is normal price anywhere else
The $5 Mondays is a joke.
Corporate and management needs a head adjustment and to treat the employees better.
High turnover rate for a reason.
Most all the good people are gone as they are sick of the mistreatment.
Meat department guys are cool and friendly but buyer beware of any fish product that's not frozen as a majority of it is rotten. I do notice all stores that put defrosted fish out for display has this issue as fish is only good for a few hours.

Been coming to this store since 1979. Over the years I've watched the store and service deteriorate. The final straw was when i was waiting at the deli and the deli person bumped me out of turn for a group of 4 that came in behind me. Good luck talking to a manager, the store is basically unmanaged. Any other store is going to ne better.

Tried for a week to transfer a prescription to their pharmacy and had the worst experience. After 6 phone calls and being out of the meds for 5 days, I gave up. It was difficult to even get someone in the pharmacy to even answer the phone and when they did, they seemed indignant that I might need their help. Will not make that mistake again. Back to Safeway and Rite-aid - much nicer staff.

Over the years, I have avoided Raley's/Belair stores being more expensive than traditional grocery stores. Over the recent years, I have noticed better quality fruits and vegetables and meet choices with a very competitive price. I recommend Raley's/Belair stores for quality, service, and price.

There's always some sort of issue when I shop this store. From rude self check out attendants, to neglectful baggers and unfriendly cashiers.Today, the cashier tells me " We'll see if your coupon works". No hello or thanks or anything. My cash coupon worked that I just got in the mail but beware according to her, if they don't work, you're SOL.
