Overall, the employees are nice and the prices are fine. However, I included a photo to demonstrate that literally no checkout lines are open at 9:30 AM in the morning. They will force everyone to self checkout as much as they can. Why? Because Raleys has decided to make zero effort to prosecute crime and a significant portion of the product goes out the door unchecked. The rest of the community pays the price with terrible service because they can’t afford to hire more employees as a result of the losses. Terrible decision-making by management.

Absolute incompetence. They do not keep their records up to date, then they try to gaslight the customer. The pharmacist isn't concerned about the patient; only concerned that she doesn't have to actually put any effort other than the most basic tasks. Update: Conveniently, a manager is NEVER available. Really, the employees should just be called 'pill counters'; calling them a 'Pharmacist' is really abusing the term.

I like Raley's as a grocery store. It's better than the other ones. If I go to a grocery store, it is my first choice. All grocery stores are similar except for a few. Oliver's is one of the few and Petaluma Market, too.

They have started getting rid of the veterans that make the store what it is. Now they are bringing in young high school kids and don't properly train them no to put banana's in the bottom of the bag and not to cop a attitude when not to put them down there. Cutting the good employee's hours. Now they have young inexperience low paid, don't show up half the time kids. Experienced and skilled people is what it takes to run a quality store. Not corporate wanting to save a buck. I have been going there for many years and now I am disappointed. Might need to switch up to safeway

The deli has the absolute worst customer service I have experienced. If you want to visit a deli that absolutely hates its customers and accuses them of "privilege" for making a purchase, this is your place.
