Ray was extremely helpful and polite. She greeted me with a smile and even when 2 disagreeable customers interrupted my transaction she handled the situation professionally and got me thru the line quickly.

I came in for a regular car wash and was looking for an air refresher for the car. I had Ray help me out this morning and recommended a "basic", but pretty good flavor for the car. It's always nice coming to the car we and getting a friendly face to help you out first thing. It definitely sets the tone for the rest of the day.

Been coming here since I was kid with my mom, but I came here for the first time in my own car and the person who helped me was super kind and made me feel a lot better after a bad day. Customer service is very important lol, my car looked great btw :)

I just wasted $21.99 at Quick Quack Car wash in Auburn. My car does not look like it was washed at all. There is still bird poop on the windshield and cat paw prints on the back window. The hood, roof top and trunk do not look like they had any contact with water or soap. My side mirrors are still very dirty. The roof racks are still covered in tree droppings. I left the car wash and unfortunately did not inspect my car until I arrived at my parents house. I told my dad I just came from the car wash and he could not believe it! He said it doesn't look like my car has been washed in a while. Conveniently the service could not print my receipt so I can't even prove I was there. Super bummed to have wasted my money and I still need to wash my car.

I'm sorry to see the bad reviews, but so happy that I didn't have any issues with the facility nor the staff, nor their process to handle the large number of cars being processed for their wash. I hope not to run into any issues with the service because this location is close to home and the only one with this type of full service in the area.

Update Zack the store manager was responsive and communicative which I appreciated although unapologetically accusing me of something. He does clearly state in an email I have copied here from July 15th at 1:38 PM At that moment I can't see the steering wheel turn, but I do see the physical tire turning. Please let me know if you have any more questions.Zachariah McFarlaneAs you can see from this email he does verify that he cannot see me turning the steering wheel at the time of the incident when my vehicle was pushed off. The email you posted out of context is referring to before the incident and I believe he is mistaken in what he thinks he sees. At no point during the car wash on the conveyor did I turn or hold the steering wheel. As I said Quick Quack will not allow me personally to see or obtain any of the video footage of the incident, so yes the footage is being withheld from me contrary to what this representative stated. I appreciate that it will be available to my personal insurance company. I'm posting this review to warn people that it is possible at this Quick Quack location to follow all safety rules and guidelines and have your vehicle damaged and Quick Quack will not accept any responsibility.

Great spot to get your car wash! Excellent customer service. The employees give great vibes. Thank you for your help! Your doing an excellent job! There's an employee there I think her name was CLOIE she has a great attitude she got me to sign up. Idk what she makes but she deserves a raise! By the way people don't know this but I was told they are allowed to accept tips. It's hot out there so help them out!!!!?

Very nice and big car washing lot. The only thing is that one of the guys was so very persistent on having me buy membership didn't get the chance to say no thanks at the beginning until after because he went straight into talking about that. Other than that it’s quite a nice place
