2012 Jk manual. 80K miles driving and probably 50K being towed. Started seeing small amounts of death wobble. Talked to Chad at Predator and he was confident he could find and fix it. He did. It drives better than ever since i bought it used 20K milies ago. He only repaired what was needed and showed me the failed parts. If you go there, you can see his amazing build in progress. Impressive. He knows his jeeps and trucks. I recommend his shop...especially for the hard stuff.

This shop is my go to shop. They take care of you, white glove service. Other shops may not be as experienced and add the same value. I recommend 100% to anyone for their off-road vehicle.

10 stars!! This place is amazing. I dunno if my other post posted or not so here is another! I talked to Del there and what a rad guy! More than helpful. He went out of his way and came out to look at my rig and told me exactly what I needed and wasn't trying to upsale anything I didn't need. I told him my budget an we...yeah...WE looked the best for my dollar. Very informative, cool, calm, and collected. I ask a million questions and some places get annoyed and will kinda make ya feel dumb if you don't knlw but I'm learning so...you know, and he was super patient with me through all of it. I'll definitely be going there for my parts and absolutely will be sending my friends. Recommended with the highest of regards! If I owned a business he is EXACTLY who I'd want working for me! Thanks again!

Do you have any idea what this thing is because I dropped it on the road.....haha. Seriously do you know what that piece is? I guess it's just an extra part that's all.... Not really needed, right? I can still drive in two-wheel drive. So I drop into predator, and this guy named Mike asked me if I knew what the part was and what it was for and how it worked If I cared or if I just wanted to replace it....which I thought was the coolest thing in the world not knowing anything technically about anything this guy's willing to take time out of his day to explain what happened what's going on and what the fix is. Not only did he explain but he gave me options from inexpensive fixes that would last to more expensive fixes that were options worth considering.... So much better than any other experience I had at other places where the second that they realize you don't know anything they just see dollar signs in their eyes.... The whole team here was really polite and respectful and showed me things I could do to save money and keep up the condition of my Jeep.... Five stars all the way!

My brother in law dropped off his 2020 jeep gladiator on July 23 to have off-road lights installed. His truck came back with damage to his tailgate, rear corner and bumper. The shop did not man up and tell him about the damage. Dashcam footage showed the tech backing into their shop, stopping abruptly, truck shaking and tech swearing F**k on the audio. When picking up the truck they made sure they backed the truck up so he could not see the damage. Pretty sad this 4x4 shop could not be honest and admit the damage.

I can't say enough good things about Predator off road. They have worked on my truck on two different occasions. Both times required extra work done due to nothing being stock and they fixed everything beyond my expectations and were extra fair about the pricing. These guys know exactly what they are doing and how to fix trucks stock or not! Thanks predator! I highly recommend taking advantage of the professionalism and experience if you have something that requires skill to repair! 6 stars if i could!
