I was back today and I sure love Jenna she is so smart and helpful. She has made my aquarium experience better each time I come in there, today I got the moss balls that float in the middle of the tank.

I am always pleased when I shop at this Petco. The associates are helpful and the layout of the floor is easy to navigate. I recommend this Petco to anyone looking for pet supplies and food. I haven't used the vet or groomer yet, but I have heard nice things about both.

Brought Bella in for a swollen leg today at Vetco In Auburn. The assistants were super nice and friendly, and they along with the vet treated my cat with extraordinary care, the visit was nothing short of smiles and laughter and we left with a a happy Bella as she got her shot to keep her safe from infections

I went for a special leash had a hard time describing it because I didn’t save the link, the girl was so helpful she figured it out and got me my leash, a settin the pace training slip lead leash they are great. Good experience

The service was excellent. I was greeting by a staff member as soon as I walked through the doors. She even went on to help me pick out all the items I needed since she saw me walking one dog and carrying a puppy. My hands were full and she did such an amazing job by showing me where the different items were located throughout the store as well as even carrying some of them for me up to the front counter. She was kind and polite and sweet.

I always have a great experience when I come into Petco. I bring my animals to the Vetco for their vaccinations and everyone is so helpful and goes out of their way to answer my questions and get me what I want, which isn't always easy.
