“My company uses this place to for all of our office furnishings. So.....with that said, I have a chair that had started to break. My company would not replace it, instead, asked that I look for a used one. Well, that will never work! I contacted Jacobs and asked him about repairs. They informed to turn the chair over and read them the serial number. Now what company actually keeps serial numbers, that is usually for the consumer to keep track of. So I read off the number and bingo, guess what? The chair was still under warranty after 10 long hard years of service. Now this is no ordinary chair, this is a high back luxury office char with more reclining options than my vehicle has. I drove the chair to Jacobs and dropped it off. About a week later I get a call from Jacobs. They informed me the chair was not fixed. When I arrived to pick it up, not only did they fix the problem, they basically rebuilt the entire chairs.
