MV did a great job fixing my truck. Brought it in for a second opinion and decided to have them do the work instead. They gave me an honest quote and even went the extra mile by by giving the truck a mild detail. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was in a road trip through the area in a rental car and my tire pressure light came on while driving down the highway. Found MV automotive on Google as the nearest shop so I pulled in without an appointment and asked if they could take a look at it. The girl in the front office was very helpful in getting my car checked in and they reset the tire pressures cleared the light and checked all the fluids in the car to make sure to keep going on my road trip. Great service from all of the staff. If I lived here, I would definitely be coming back frequently for all my service needs.

This is hands down the nicest, most efficient, thorough, fair and supportive automotive I have ever experienced! I broke down on the I-80 on my way to Reno and had to go through insurance to get my car towed somewhere. MV Automotive came highly recommended by the insurance company’s nearest automotive since they did not work on foreign vehicles. From the first interaction to the last, every staff member has been so caring and kind I can’t say enough good things about them! The car is running better than ever and I feel safe. I live in Oakland and honestly would drive all the back to Auburn just to get serviced by them again!

The team at MV is awesome. They get it. First time at this shop and can’t say enough good things. I was greeted promptly and with a positive attitude. They did an alignment on my car and were very thorough. I wasn’t expecting a multiple page report that outlined EVERYTHING on my car. Very cool report to see.
They followed up via text after the appointment to ensure everything was running smoothly. Was this an automated text? Maybe, but it felt authentic and I feel like they truly care.
I will be taking my car here for its regular services as I feel confident in their techs ability to keep my car running smoothly.

The nicest people you could meet. We had a flat while on a long road trip in our Volvo V90 Cross country. They took us in immediately, made use comfortable in the 113 degree heat, loved our dig, and fixed it. If this ranking had 6 stars I'd check that box. Thanks. Highly recommend as they know their stuff.
