“Gisele does a wonderful job. There is only one person doing everything at service centers like this. The phone doesn't work, the kiosk is broken, and the computer system is difficult to maneuver. Gisele’s excellent customer service and hard work is what’s keeping the facility running. I hope whoever’s in charge prioritizes this location and the repair/care of the amenities. Gisele shouldn't have to take her own time to shampoo the carpets when she is a phlebotomist, or get stuck 2 hours past closing because she has to be a receptionist at the same time. She is so friendly and does a great job, and her scrubs had beluga whales on it, and she had excellent bedside manner when I was daunted by the needle. It made my day to get my blood drawn here with her”
