“I went here about two months ago to shop for a new mattress. Before, I had gone to a large mattress store chain and had a salesman try hard to sell me a mattress that was little better than a $1200 piece of plywood. So when I read about Mattress By Appointment and saw the heap-ton of good reviews, I was anxious for a better experience. I wasn't disappointed.Nick was the ideal salesman: no pressure, no tricks, just informative and willing to work with my needs. He asked for a price range and guided me to what he had, letting me know up-front if a mattress was outside of the range I told him. He was highly knowledgeable about any mattress that I tried. He's also realistic: when I mentioned that I hoped a new mattress would help with my hip pain, he politely said that a mattress may not fix all of my problems. He also let me know that it takes several weeks to adjust to any mattress, which proved true after I bought one. I stayed well beyond the 30-minute appointment time trying out mattresses, and he didn't complain at all.He freely told me about their return policy and that they do deliver mattresses within the area, as well. When delivery time came, he and his wife were the ones to personally deliver it to my house. Not surprisingly, the delivery service was excellent, too.Overall, I couldn't imagine a better mattress-shopping experience. In a way, I feel bad that I won't need a mattress for 10 years and that I likely won't get to shop with Nick again. Every salesman should be as helpful as he is.”

Brandy is a driven woman who is deeply passionate about helping other people, found a niche where people's health could be improved, and set out to use her time and resources to fulfil that roll. And did she ever deliver. Not only do I sleep incredibly well on my pillow, but my partner and parents all have had their rest improved by her services. Upon telling my partner I was writing a review for tucked in, she wanted to add "She's a neat lady"And that simple statement is so true. We had no clue which direction to go to improve our rest. Just a general idea that we were dissatisfied with our pillows. And Brandy walked us through the rest. If you're even considering getting a new pillow, or anything else related to your sleep setup, go here first.”

“We went in to look at some mattresses, but James in Auburn was such a nice man and was so knowledgeable about the beds we tried out, we purchased a new king mattress. We were greeted with kindness and respect and had a very enjoyable experience. This is the second mattress that we’ve purchased in Auburn and would definitely buy here again. Please buy local. “Wow, I wish I knew about this place when I moved into a new home! All the furniture was high quality and they had an impressive home decor selection. The employees were very nice and the whole warehouse was very clean. They put a lot of effort into this place and it's so worth a visit if you're trying to decorate your home or just looking for something new for your home. Definitely give this place a shot. I was very impressed. I even got this Colfax pillow for my guest house. They had an arrangement of different pillows with different town names on them ❤️”

“Supper experience with these guys both in store and delivery. In store was painless and quick. Understood what we wanted and needed. The best part is that he didn't start with the high dollar mattresses. Gave us the option to go there but left it to us. So much nicer than the two stores we went to earlier in the week. Delivery was dicey as it snowed near us all day, not at our place, but delivery men needed or wanted off to get home before snowed out. We had tore down the waterbed already and had nowhere to sleep if there was no delivery today. They made the delivery early. We are so grateful for them. I will tell everyone to go to these people, and prices are fair also. Thank you so much for everything.”
