“This is where the big $20 million Set For Life scratcher was sold. And this is where I get my craft beer. Foothill Market stocks: Liquid Gravity, Sudwerk, Revision, Crooked Lane, Big Sexy, Altamont, New Glory, Bullmastiff, Tower, Black Plague, Dust Bowl, Pliny, ect... The best feature of this store is, you can buy a single beer or receive a 5% discount on a mix and match four pack. I would recommend checking the dates on the craft beer before you purchase them. He knows his stuff, is entertaining and fun, and loves talking about Auburn and our local community, his experience, and tasting notes of the spirits. If you're out and about on a Saturday afternoon, drop by to sample some. I really liked his brandys (pear, blood orange, and grape) as they were all sourced locally. He took care of explaining where he sources his ingredients. It is indoor/outdoor and is fun to come up to his table, have a conversation, and enjoy the afternoon!”

“I am writing this Yelp because after a bad Deli sandwich experience about 1 month ago, I thought I would give the Deli department another try. Today I went into the store and stopped at the Deli Sandwich Bar. I was promptly greeted by Jonathan who had a smile on his voice and a friendly greeting. OK, that's the way to start off. I ordered a large sandwich and he made me a beautiful sandwich. By that, I mean he thought about the sandwich as he made it. The spread covered the entire surface of the bread, the meat was laid out so it was on the bread and not spilling off the sides, the cheese was applied with equal precision so it covered the bread and meat. I asked if he would microwave the bacon so it was crisp and he said, "of course". He toasted the entire sandwich, cut it in half, wrapped it and it was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite of the sandwich. Jonathan was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Jonathan for a great sandwich- you obviously take pride in your work and it shows. “It's a funky, little store, but I like it. I used to take my Papa here every week. The proprietor always remembered him and what he bought. He always kept Papa's items in stock.My Papa passed away on December 20th, 2021. The owner still remembers me. I appreciate how he takes care of his customers.I don't give it 5 stars because it isn't the nicest, cleanest store. It's a blender out there! I always lock my car to when going in for a quick trip.”
