I woke up with screaming with a burning pain in my toes and foot on 12/18/2023. Call the ER and ask ? about it because I had a total Hip replacement on 11/30/2023 and was concerned about possible blood clot. They said they could not advise me but to maybe come in and have it checked. I went to the ER and was put in a room right away. The Dr. Mark Biittner came in and looked at my foot and the first words were" What do you want me to do???" which was in a horrible tone like why in the hell are you here. he said he would have them do a ultrasound. Also said I will get you something for pain on which I refused because I am on pain management and had taken something for pain before coming in. After the ultra sound said no blood clot but a bakers cyst behind my knee. Then released me. Dr. Biittner has a horrible bed side manner. I have work in a hospital for 29 years and never had a Dr. treat me like that. " What do you want me to do?" first thing out of his mouth. I have another complaint on a visit before this one and will also file a complaint on that visit also. From now on unless I have a life and death situation will never go to your ER again.

After suffering a terrible fall down wooden stairs, I couldn't pick myself up off the floor. The pain in my hip is excruciating. I was handed discharge papers and not even one word from a Doctor about the results from any of the hip and spine X-rays. I can only assume I don't have a fracture somewhere and that the prescription for Aleive will allow me enough relief to use the toilet instead of a bedpan. Take the extra time and go to Roseville for better care. Actually, any ER would be better than Auburn Faith.

I recently had a procedure done at Auburn Faith Hospital and was fortunate to have a delightful nurse, Joan, take care of me. Joan is a kind compassionate person and a capable nurse. They are lucky to have her!

Although I had amazing care on April 30 when I walked myself into the ER my symptoms were not resolved. They discharged me with a diagnosis of Anxiety. 24 hrs later my nausea and headache were worse and a friend brought me back to the ER. Upon arrival the staff were rude, unhelpful and treated me like a drug seeker. 3 days later I was looking at my Sutter account for lab results and noticed I had a diagnosis of Noro Virus and not 1 RN/MD or admin ever reached out to let me know. I received a bill for nearly $9000 after insurance coverage- which I pay $10K a year for (Anthem Blue Cross) I called both the hospital and the insurance to ask them to please re-run the bill. It was then reduced to $5500 I set up a payment plan with Sutter. I was sent to collections for a $430 bill that I did not realize was an additional bill, separate from their criminal behavior in charges from bill #1. To go into a hospital feeling the most unwell I have felt in my fifty plus years of life and to be treated so horribly and then when trying to clarify my bill with their billing department and have Johnathon and Sherone be so incredibly rude again. I promise to never stop telling the world what a horrible hospital Sutter Auburn and the Sutter organization are. I will be changing to Kaiser.

$25,000+ for a CT scan. Complete scam and fraudulent organization that keeps going by taking advantage of those who can least afford to pay. They are great if you expect terrible service at premium prices.

Complete disgust LITERALLY! It brings me to sadness to leave a Very Low Review for our Local Hospital. I have pride in the Local Community, but have lost ALL Faith in this Hospital. ER in 2019 they misdiagnosed my Mothers stomach block 2x in the same month until it was so severe an emergency surgery by Sutter Roseville was unable to be completed. Today - ER reviewed my friends severe Emergency of Blood Pressure, Caughing Blood, and Lack of Breathing due to recent diagnoses of Lung Cancer .. Discharged her after not receiving her regular Heart Medications, and left her sitting in a gurney for approx. 3 hrs with no medical treatment with her crying in fear due to not receiving her vital life supporting meds. I had to remind them to reconnect her much needed Oxygen, and beg for her to recieve her Vital Meds, they even quoted the incorrect times a day that she should have in the effort to refuse treatment, and "unsafely discharge her". Complete Disgust

Rating is for the ER. I went last night for a deep laceration on my thumb needing stitches. Went to registration and check in was quick and easy. I got called back by a nurse before I even finished checking in. I believe the nurses name was Leah or Lynn? She was nice and thorough. Dr Lessard came in right away, looked at my thumb, numbed it and left. Got an X-ray within minutes. Dr came back after like 30 min and stitched me up and I was out of there. First experience in an ER and it wasn't what I expected...I thought it would be a horrible experience and I would be there all night. Maybe I just got lucky it was slow, but I was pleasantly surprised for sure.

I went to this hospital in March of 2020, right after COVID started. I woke up at 2am on a Friday morning with a sharp pain in my stomach. I knew it was bad as I was unable to get up out of bed for 45 minutes. When I was finally able to get up and drive myself to the hospital in the early morning hours, I was the only person there. The person at the door didn't want to let me in and really gave me the riot act and wanted me to go to the tent outside. I let her know that I wasn't there because I had covid, but because I had a medical issue and was in pain. I had to battle with her to let me in. Once she let me in, I was triaged almost immediately by a nurse. Again, I was the only person there so I was worked up and put in a bed within 5 minutes. There were about 10-12 nurses at the nurses station just hanging out. They were all pleasant. Despite being the only person at the hospital, it took over an hour for a doctor to come to my room. When the doctor, Dr. Hue finally arrived she had a disgusting attitude to put it mildly. She didn't greet me, and was actually throwing things around the room. She came in angry and asked me what my problem was. I let her know that I was having some severe abdominal pain and that I was having trouble walking because of it. I tried to let her know what my medical history was. This doctor refused to listen to me or look at me. She proceeded to give me a gynecological exam, said "there's nothing wrong with you," threw her gloves away, and left the room without explanation. A nurse came back and handed me an ibuprofen and told me I was being discharged. When I tell you that this doctor couldn't care less and had a bad bedside manner, that's putting it mildly. She was not interested in my symptoms or even communicating with me. I had no choice but to go home. My symptoms ended up getting much worse, which resulted in me needing to have a serious surgery soon after that. This hospital staff did not care about providing quality care at all, and they weren't interested in looking into a serious health matter. Despite my request to look into my records or to review my history (I have been a patient with Sutter), they didn't care. If you want to be treated like a human being and have your medical issues looked into seriously, skip this place. They didn't give a damn, and I had serious complications because of their negligence and poor bedside manner. If I could give zero stars then I would. Go to any ER but this one!

If you need actual help, medical care, treatment, or medical attention of any kind I would strongly recommend risking the extra time to drive yourself to literally ANY other hospital or ER. This hospital has repeatedly shown a lack of professionalism and competency that is astounding to me. This is based on both professional and personal experiences I have had with SAFH. Every time, patient care is thrown out the window in favor of getting you back out the door as fast as they can possibly shove you. Absolutely the worst medical facility I've ever had to deal with, along the most uncaring, obnoxious and unresponsive staff. I'd like to add that if you or your loved one has a co-existing intellectual or developmental disability - prepare to be discriminated against and told that anything you present with is just "your disability." They know nothing about ID/DD. Just avoid going here if you have ANY choice at all in the matter.

i am absolutely appalled by what this office did to me. never choose a doctor through here if you have the choice. i had an appointment scheduled for 4 pm. the office called the night before and the morning of and asked if i would like to move my appointment up because of a few cancellations they had. i did not receive either voicemail because i was busy both times and the notifications went away. i only found out i got these voicemails when i showed up for my appointment and realized what they did to me. i walked up to the counter, said "hey, i'm checking in for ------- at 4:00". the lady says "actually your appointment was at 3:20.......and the doctor has gone home now" these people moved my appointment up 40 minutes without my permission!!!! they went into my portal and changed the appointment time so that i was second guessing my appointment time. i had to prove to them that it was originally 4:00 or else these people would have gotten away with it. imagine how many elderly people with bad memory they take advantage of, all to give their doctors a convenient schedule. whoopdy effin' do!! welcome to the real world you scammers! people have jobs too, and they work irregular hours just to put food on the table. you cant wait another 40 damn minutes???? nothing in the voicemail mentioned that it would be moved if i did not get back to them. they were simply asking if an earlier time worked for me what a joke of a policy!!

Was sick for over a week with a fever and other symptoms and wasn't getting any better. Came to auburn faith (was the only place open at 6am) first of all the guy nurse asked me "what are you hoping we can do for you here?" in the rudest way. i told him i think i have strep. looked in my throat for a sec and said nope not strep. they proceeded to get me out of there as i was taking up their space. it is now a week later im still sick went to doctor and guess what i have? STREP. NICE GOING AUBURN FAITH. if they weren't so rude about it, i would understand. but the service they gave me was the absolute worst
