I've always loved this little shop they sell amazing handmade items at decent prices, large selection of clothing,crystals, etc... I haven't been to this shop in probably like 6-7 months and decided to come look around for something to do and grab some incense and sage. I will never come back here again unfortunately they way the employees followed me and my friend around and would check on us every 2-3 minutes was extremely uncomfortable and their also very pushy. I don't come to a store to be followed around and harassed. As we were finishing up our shopping and browsing before checking out our very few items we were approached and told our items would be held behind the counter for when we're ready. That's ridiculous, they made me feel like a criminal for browsing around. After she did that and took our items I just walked out and made sure it was known as I walked out I won't be coming back as I don't come to tribal weaver to be followed harassed and accused of stealing. If you do decide to go here just a fair warning leaving your purse in the car won't help either, I left my purse in the car specifically so they didn't think I was stealing as a young woman. Never coming back, they will continue to lose business running the store this way, very sad it used to be an amazing place with great employees.

My wife and I been customers for years. Today we decided to go buy a big Amethyst stone that we saw in one of our previous visits. It was $179 and we were very excited. The woman at the register was very rude and wanted us to pay an extra $5 on top of taxes since we were using our bank card. I politely asked her for the reason and her reply was “sorry that’s what our bank charge for card transactions” they expect their customers to pay for their own bank fees! We asked her nicely if she could give us a $5 discount so we could only pay for the rock and not incur the $5 fees and her answer was “no sorry can’t do that”, and she basically put the rock away and was waiting for us to leave!! It is so sad that she does not care for the business and is only there to collect her hourly wages. We’ve met the owner multiple times and we know that if the owner was there she would’ve accommodated us in a heart beat since we were buying an expensive rock. So sad to see businesses fail just because of impotent workers that don’t care for the business. From our end we will never step a foot in this store again.

No smoke room in back anymore. Hours of operation really SUCK! Call before going to see if they are open so you don't waist your time as going off online hours are not always accurate. My opinion of course, pricing ok on some items. 3 stars is for the awesome and helpful employees and the cool items they do have.TIP- Be open more and update site.

I come into the store pretty regularly, whenever I possibly can. The staff are so welcoming and kind and are always willing to help you with finding something or identifying crystals, whatever it may be. It's my absolute favorite store and they always have great things in stock.

The merchandise is great... Incense, scented sprays, Palo Santo, Sage, clothing, great crystal shop, adult shop. Great prices! Andrea (The owner) seems to have a bit of an ego, and her employees fall in line with that. I listen to Andrea talking in big dramatics - complaining about business, Covid and politics. I'm way too polite, because I'm not interested in the negativity and drama, so I wanted to leave - I have better things to do with my time. They had my stuff on the counter, but Andrea directed the cashier to wait on somebody else with a big order, and then the cashier took the next person after that. I almost walked out. I waited patiently and then stood right in front of the cashier. She says you're still looking... What planet are they on on? I heard the customer with the big order say she was glad the store was still there for all the hippies and pot smokers. I'm neither a pot smoker or hippie, I don't fit their demographic, so maybe that's why I couldn't get them to ring up the items I put on the counter. I just need to be guarded and speak up with boundaries next time - "I'm not here to chit chat, I'm just here to shop for a few specific things". And speak up when I'm ready to be rung up by saying, "I need to be on my way, is there a possibility that I could be rung up now? I've been waiting". Andrea seems to be so caught up in herself (ego), and her employees are following her direction. The behavior and vibe was offensive.
