Kniesel collision in Auburn, California is wonderful! All the people that work there were friendly, and answered every question I had. Hailey, the receptionist/secretary/undercover CEO answered my phone calls every time I called and answered every question I had. When I picked up my car, I was so surprised to see the excellent detail that they did, and how clean it was. It was totally unexpected, and was so thorough and so clean. And the repair on my car was excellent. I highly recommend them.

I limped the car in after getting into an accident. Justin insisted on driving me home so that I was safe (I live pretty close by). He handled every aspect of the repair with the insurance company, provided regular updates without being asked, and picked me up to collect the car when it was ready. It was done within the timeframe he originally stated, and the car was pristine when I drove it off the lot. Hopefully I won't need their services again, but if my car gets into another accident, I would not hesitate to go back there because the customer service is exceptional.

Very impressed with this company and its people. I dealt with Mercedes and Chris. Both terrific. Courteous, professional, and treat customers like good friends. They live the company’s core values posted on the wall. If every company could be like them, the world would be a better place. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been using Kaniesals since 2013. They've always done fabulous work on my cars. I'll never use any other auto body shop! They always remember me, always friendly and understanding to what I want done and very easy to work with. Love you guys!

This is my second experience there with the first time before the name change. Many of the same people remain and it shows. Extremely courteous and professional staff. Chad was really great to work with. He worked around my odd schedule with work and vacation and kept me up to date, always graciously taking the time to talk with me. My vehicle came back looking great. Definitely will return should the unfortunate need arise.

Justin was the best. They could not repair my car as it was deemed totaled. But Justin walked us through every step, even when he did not have to. I saw their work on other cars and it was pristine. I would highly recommend this place and I hope they know what an asset Justin is to their business.

It was almost worth it to get into a fender bender because now my car looks better than before the accident. Highly recommend this shop. Customer service was also excellent.
