Now days in a world full of big tech companies they are a small mom and pop style operation. They take pride in the work they provide. They never try to up sell a service or sell you a unnecessary package. If there is a problem they charge you only for what needs to get the job done. As a small business our self we love that we get to keep it in the community. From anything from down servers, to broken computers, or even issues with our online store. They always have us covered. My newest shipping for our store stopped working. JD messed with it between jobs to find out the newest update for the online platform changed a url address. Bringing our online store to a stop. Had nothing to do with Wizwire. However they did not leave us hanging. They had our back as always. Took days of calls and research I had no time to do. However I did not have to because I chose the right company in wizwire to help me resolve it. In which they did.”
“Kevin and the team have been very helpful switching over our two mobile lines and successfully navigating our use case of some internal calling combined with some promotions and 5g internet. It's worth the switch as the bundling and promos save us about 40$ per month, and we have one additional mobile line now.”

“First off let me start by saying Mike was very informative and helpful in getting me setup with all of my equipment and service for my RV with a fully automatic Dish Traveler System. I was new to Dish and had to call Mike a few times from various camping locations at set up local programming and understand system and he was beyond helpful. Just this past weekend and by weekend I mean Saturday evening after work hours I called again with a technical question about adding a 1000.1 dish on a tripod to the system for when we are camped under trees and just couldn’t get the interface with the existing system wired in correctly. Instead of brushing me off or trying to explain it over the phone, Mike came to me then and there, to not only connect it, but to ensure it was working on all 5 of the RV’s TVs. It should be noted I told him not to drive all that way it could wait and he wouldn’t have it and he wouldn’t take no for an answer and wouldn’t accept money for doing it. If anyone is looking for a satellite company with amazing customer service and not just lip service at point of sale, then by all means this is your place and Mike is your guy.
