Masks are required yet we counted 10 people in the first few minutes not wearing them. Please corporate America- save our economy- make the commitment now so business can get back to normal!! I'll be spending my money at retailers that support safety for all - even when consumers are being selfish. Not hard to wear a mask and stand away from your fellow citizens. Be safe Auburn!!

I had the rudest experience at the HD location since moving to Auburn (yes, there have been other rude experiences as well). Glenn in the tools department bullied me with a rolling inventory ladder with the words, "Move out of the way!" As I was shopping! Glenn was attending to the service of another customer. I stated that I too was shopping and stated that he was pushing me away from the product selection that I was attempting to review. He did not apologize, told me to move and proceeded to assist the other customer. I feel disrespect and offended.

I live far so I thought in-store pick-up would make things go smoothly. The line was terribly long in the peak after work hours. I called the manager while I stood in line and asked them to send someone else to customs service. He said he'd love to but the one person he'd send was on lunch break. I don't think I'll order from here in the future.

I usually go to Home Depot in auburn often because I live right near it. I went in last weekend to buy a bathroom mirror, they were out of stock even though the website and associates scan phone said there were 2 in stock. He offered to order me one which I should have done (I didn't want to order online and ship it to my house and it shows up broken since they're so fragile). I work and stay in Oakland during the week so figured I'd get it down here ( website said they had 4 in stock) get down here and they can't locate any either. I've called and spoke with a lady that was a bath and kitchen associate to try to have her order one so I could pick it up this weekend. She said she couldn't do that or get one from another store for me and for me to go to a different location. I asked to speak with someone else, which she gave the phone to another lady and she too said for me to just go by another location that says they have it in stock, after me informing them multiple times that their "in stock numbers" on the website were not correct. I made it clear that I'd prefer to stop by the Home Depot that's nearest to my house and not go from spot to spot to try and track one down. I called both Roseville stores and got the same b******* response. Bottom line is the people i talked to on the phone don't know what the hella going on and don't have any answers besides trying to push it onto someone else. There is no reason they shouldn't be able to order one to that store and put aside for me to pick up this weekend. They lost my business and I ordered one off of amazon.

Hate this F%*^%#+ place. The worst customer service ever. I asked one kid and plumbing for a little help he said I had to figure it out myself on the thread chart because he was in the middle of something. I said do you work in this department he said yes I said you can't take two seconds and look to see if this is paid through it or not I do not know I am not a professional plumber he didn't tell me sorry I'm in the middle of something and walked off. Then I'm in bathroom de

Worst customer service out any home depot ive ever been too. The employees are grumps and honestly just rude. No one answers the phones and when they do they act like its an inconvenience to them that your even calling. The last 3 times ive tried to call ive waited on the line for half an hour. And when i finally reach someone its because i called different departments just trying to find someone. Worst of all is plumbing. Whoever is training these people should be fired.

The worst. They only have self checkout and when the machine stopped working and no one would help me, I walked away. Of course then an employee becomes available and the associate (an older woman) yells at my 15 year old sister for being irresponsible. So unprofessional and unbelievably rude. They should have functional machines and be kind to their customers.

The worse customer service I have ever had at a Home Depot. I was ignored and avoided by the employees and had to ask for help instead of being asked if I needed help.the one employee that I was able to get any information from never looked up from what he was doing and pointed to the area of what I was looking for. On my way out over the speakers I could hear a page for any employee to come help with a customer who sounded obviously frustrated that this was one in multiple times of the same page in the mean time I could over hear a group of three employees mocking the page one saying he was a special associate and didn't have to answer the page. So to say the least I was very disappointed in the visit after driving an hour from my home I ended up leaving with nothing. I have been to other Home Depot's and have had more than enough help AVOID Home Depot in Auburn Ca

Horrible customer service. I requested a shower door purchase and install. Its been over a week now, no call back setting the purchase or install. Nobody answers the phone. On hold now for over 30 minutes waiting to talk to a representative. Go to Lowes instead.

This review is for the flooring department and the fantastic ladies who helped me out. I love that Home Depot usually hires people who know their stuff. I am in the process of doing a renovation project in Sacramento, but I live up here towards Auburn. Even though the flooring cannot look up my schedule number or edit my flooring here in auburn since the project is in Sacramento Home depot. I am happy that they were so helpful in helping me choose and look at samples even though their hands are tied. Two different females working in flooring, they even directed me to which ones are much better rated with the customers, which ones were waterproof, which ones had complaints. That really helps me in deciding the brand and type of flooring I want to put into my home. I even showed pictures to of the house I was renovating and got advise on other things I should do, which were fantastic ideas! I came home with a bunch of samples that I can take with me when I meet with the flooring department at home depot in Sacramento. I am armed with the knowledge of what exactly I want to do now, before I even talk with the Sacramento flooring department. Thank you!

The workers here are mostly pleasant and knowledgeable. I've had so many great experiences here. I love how busy this location is (weird I know), but it's a great sign if it's busy. This Home Depot is like what you see on tv. Everyone had been so helpful and I recommend everyone come here.

I returned some siding that home depot delivered in the rain with no problem(even though it was garbage since delievered in the rain, but Tom still had a check be refunded)...I go in today 2 weeks later to return 32 sheets of 5/8 plywood($1200) of material from the same job site and was told by Eddie Gillis and Tom that its garbage and that they're going to push it outside tonight. I dont understand how such BAD BUSINESS is allowed to be practiced, I'm very disappointed and feel very upset with having to waste my time dealing with these unprofessional employees. These supposite managers are a joke and im not happy as a honest customer what so ever!!!!!!

Very efficient, easily found help for a small project. Had a board cut and it was done fast and efficiently despite the store being a zoo. The checkout was also very quick with no line. This is a great Home Depot.
