Carl was such a willing and informative guy. I had a very small job and he didn't bat an eye in offering to help me. I showed up and the thing I needed was actually not needed, but instead of rushing off, he took time to talk to us and look through the rest of the car. He found something a bit off and fixed it on the spot. What GREAT customer service.. so hard to find these days!

Last December my '74 Vette was rear-ended by a Folsom Park Service Officer (yes, incredible). Just want to praise the excellent customer service and work preformed by everyone at Holt's. I like Holts, I've been here before because I was a victim ???(???) of a rear end collision on the freeway. They beat all 3 of the other estimates from some of the franchised and larger body shops in the area and gave me a fair price to fix some interior trim in my vehicle at the time. This time some lady tried to occupy the same space as my vehicle was in because the ? was in her eyes (so she said), I didn't bother getting other estimates, I was more than pleased with the work they did last time and I would rather support a small family owned business. Just like with mechanics it's difficult these days to find an honest one. When you do find Folk that do good honest work, Ya'stick with them, at least I do. These are good Folk that do good honest work. If'n ya' think Auburn is too far to drive if'n your in South Placer,think again it's only a 10 ( maybe 15) minute drive and Enterprise rental will drop off a car and pick it up.

Holt's is the best around. I had some insurance work done at Holt's and they were very professional and on time with their commitments. They made the whole process very easy and painless. I would recommend Holt's for all your body and paint work.

You communicated with me every step of the way! AND you helped me understand how to deal with my insurance company which was less than desirable. Holts Collision is truly a remarkable company. It’s clear they pride themselves on customer service in addition to a perfect repair job. Being a single mom with a full time and a part time job I never thought I could figure out my way through getting my car repaired! Trying to schedule the adjuster, file the claim, pick up a rental, come up with the money and follow the insurance protocol with no time made me not want to fix my car! A friend told me to call Holts Collision to see if they even had time to help me... Shelley answered and in less than 3 minutes I knew exactly what I needed to do. she gave me hope!! Before I even scheduled my rental car pick up Shelley already made an appointment with the adjuster! Things came together fast! Shelley has communicated with me every step of the way. This has been an ugly situation to deal with (drunk driver- no insurance!)
