I am VERY pleased to take my one star review up to five today! After choosing to use the Folsom branch for the last couple years, I gave this one another try this week. I had a completely positive experience with not one, but two, staff members. For starters, when I asked a gentleman (sorry I didn't catch your name) up by the front if I could run a quick question by him, he stopped and acknowledged me and got me started in the right direction. The second gentleman, Roberto, a branch manager, went above and beyond to listen to my situation and help come up with a solution to my dilemma. Both were knowledgeable and helpful and also upfront about possible costs my situation might incur. Roberto I thank you so much for going that extra mile for me to get my passport renewal payment sorted out. I will definitely go back to this branch now based on this experience.

Always a line..G1 should actually staff this big beautiful office with people to service their customers. I dread going into this bank.

I just wish they had more tellers on fridays...I know they know people get paid on Fridays..and they should expect more customers on busy days..they only have 1 or 2 tellers on friday...makes for a 35 minute wait in line :( ... customer service is getting sacrificed to save a buck these days.

I have been a member with G1 for almost 15 years and love everything except the branches. My god it literally takes an hour to do something. Line out the door, one teller working… always. I’ve tried to up the limit on my atm withdraws with no luck I mean a limit of 500 dollars is pretty dumb imo. Could save myself and the workers a lot of time by having a streamlined service and allowing people to take more than 500 out of the atm in a day.

Never more than two tellers no matter the line. Today there's one. If there's more than four people in line I abort cause it'll be a half hour. Can't wait to pay my car off to get my last remaining account out of here.

Manager needs to schedule more than 2 tellers. Always a 20 min wait.

Over 30 minute wait and 14+ people in line to speak with a teller. They need to improve their staffing to have more than bank two tellers working.

Always friendly staff. Usually some waiting. I'm surprised how many (old people) prefer transactions with a teller.

Definitely a test of one's patience. Only one teller and the line is to the door. Lol. Do not come to this location

Worst bank ever. I’ve had so many issues with these people. Today was the worst. 100 dollars missing and the teller was so rude and wouldn’t help find out what happened. Ended in the negative and it didn’t make sense. I can do math, golden 1 and their machines clearly can’t. I will be closing my account. Not worth it. They can’t be trusted.
