I can’t say enough good things about Jessica and the team at Gold Rush Subaru. They are incredible to work with and made the process of purchasing my new Outback Touring XT such a great experience - and I dread the car buying process. So much so that the last time I had purchased a vehicle was 11 years ago! From the start of our interaction over text through visiting the dealership and completing the purchase I felt 100% heard and taken care of. The team at Gold Rush is fair and competitive. I am so happy with my new car. Our family has been going to the Gold Rush Subaru dealer for years even though we live in Roseville. The people are always so friendly and helpful. My family is always helped by Jim Sturgis. He makes sure we are always taken care of. He went out of his way looking for the exact car I wanted and called when he could offer an excellent deal on this car. We weren't in a hurry but we did have specific things we wanted. This time we went to Subaru and there was a big surprise. I couldn't believe it but it they found my new car! I got to test drive it and review all the features. Our sales person was Bill McCoy. He was patient and friendly with my parents as they worked out all the details. He even offered for us to pick up a few Subaru hats and bonuses. I have heard car buying is stressful from my other friends but this was a great experience. I love the car, it drives wonderfully. In fact our family loves Subarus, we all have them! Thank you Jim and Bill!

We were looking for a small SUV and stopped at Gold Rush Chevy. As we were leaving, Jim Sturgis caught my husband & I, and encouraged us to look at a Subaru Crosstrek. Two weeks later, we purchased our first Subaru after 47 years of marriage. Bill McCoy was the best sales representative. He listened to what we needed, answered all our questions and was so patient. Alec in finance made the paperwork painless and was very knowledgeable. We followed up a few weeks later with Tiffany Magio who went over all the amazing features of the Crosstrek. She did a wonderful job. We are new to the area, and grateful that people referred us to Gold Rush Subaru. This was the best car buying experience ever, and the staff has amazing customer service.

We purchased a new Crosstrek from them last week and it was one of the best purchasing experiences! I "pre-purchased" online so the credit check was done and an offer ready for my trade-in. Edgar met me right away, did a test drive, and was ready to hand over the keys! Alex was friendly and easy to work with for financing; answering all my questions, and helping me get the best deal. At no point did I feel pressured or stressed! Edgar even drove with me to my wife's work so she could sign the papers. Overall it has been exceptional service, and makes you feel like you're a part of a community atmosphere. I feel confident bringing in my cars for servicing and hope it'll stay great! Thank you!!
