Bad customer service and misinformation was given to me by the service representative's in both of my experiences with the service department. I will be going to a different Chevrolet dealer for service in the future. I would not recommend this dealership for service and I wouldn’t expect the sales department to operate any different.

One of the best buying experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking for a Chevrolet check them out. If they don’t have it on the lot, they can get it for you. They found my exact truck specifications that day and I was able to take delivery after making a great deal. Family owned and operated, so you know you’re dealing with the people who care about their reputation and the quality of the service they provide.

We just had our commercial truck serviced at Gold Rush Chevy and the whole experience was positive. They we're able to schedule us on short notice, they got to work immediately on the service, and it was finished on time. In comparison to busier dealerships in the city, I believe Gold Rush Chevy focuses on small town good ole' fashioned customer service. If you have found challenges with the busier dealerships in Sac, why not make a small trek up to Auburn and give em a try? Several breakfast and lunch spots within walking distance like Burgers and Cream, Twin Dragon, and Nancy's cafe(best biscuits and gravy ever).

Took my vehicle in to have. It looked at stated multiple problems. They say they cannot figure it out. Because there is no check engine light. Say they can't find a coolant leak, but they added. Coolant to the vehicle told me that they had to take it to a transmission specialist shop when I have tracking on the truck. And they did not do anything besides drive my truck around. And then tell me that they need to talk to a specialist. I need more time also said that they would not give me a rental until they prove. D. The vehicle was under warranty when there's only 17000 miles on the truck and is under. Full warranty. They Stated. They fixed the anti breaking system. To stop it from automatically braking. And yesterday, it almost caused an accident, so obviously, they didn't fix it.They made it worse. After that, I am a very unsatisfied customer with this dealer

Their old parts lady needs to at least fake that she cares instead of not caring about customers. Sorry I have to say that, but that is the truth according to my experience there.

We recently purchased a new Tahoe at Gold Rush Chevy from Shane. He honestly made our car buying process so pleasant! He put zero pressure on us, was super knowledgeable, kind and willing to answer all the ridiculous questions I had. Honestly would recommend to anyone looking for a new car! We will definitely be back to upgrade our next vehicle with Shane! Thank you so so much for everything!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Service department and technicians very unknowlegable. They just recomend unnecessary services and have no idea of the functionality of a vehicle. Could nit even get a recall done after 3 days because they kept ordering the wrong part on multiple visits. O2 sensor slow response was not fixed properly on the first visit, then brought back as a recheck and told it needed a tune up. Shady crooked dealership. Stay away

Great and straightforward dealership. Earl was very kind! One of the very few dealerships where I didn’t feel like I was getting screwed. Only complaint is the ripoff protection package products that they add on as dealer fees. These are a quick way for them to make money. They pay practically nothing for these kids and up charge the customer around $800.

Botched an oil change. I know we all have bad days at work sometimes, but an oil change is a simple job that is critical to get right. They fixed it (after I had to arrange to have the car towed back) but it never should have happened in the first place.

Anyone can sell you a car. It's the people and place that make a real difference. And 'service after the sale' is where the rubber meets the road!
We recently bought a new Silverado at Gold Rush Chevrolet. I worked with Jim Sturgis, their 'Customer Experience Mgr.' but later had a minor issue that could've easily been ignored. It was not. Jim, and Stephanie in the parts dept., made quick work out of my issue and had it resolved in less than 24hrs. Many thanks to the great team at Gold Rush Chevy!
