Service and selection is great. Camille was fantastic and worked with our installer to find a kitchen sink that would work best for us. At first we were discouraged because we thought a replacement sink couldn't be found without cutting our granite which made us nervous. However, Camille working with Ryan at RLC Construction came up with a solution that involved minimal low risk granite cutting. The end result was great and we got high quality fixtures. General Plumbing Supply sells high end high quality stuff and the staff is great.

The team at GPS is our go to for everything plumbing, pipes, fittings, and irrigation. Don and Roger were so helpful when I went in with the latest irrigation sprinkler my horses broke off. Not only was I able get it fixed but they also set me up for the next time it happens, because we know it will! If you have questions or just general needs, this is the place to go.

Got the pop off valve the city of Colfax said I had to have after their money grab sewer inspection . The hardware store in Colfax doesn't carry them.

Roger and Bryan are understanding and incredible!!!!!! We went to Reno Lowe's. Bought a tankless water heater to replace a bad tank water heater. We got a used unit. The store manager had an attitude. Told us to go 5 days while they ordered one. Went to Folsom Lowes and Auburn Home Depot. After long waits, we were told they carry the units, but not gas and water lines to hook it up. We came to General Plumbing Supply. We will NEVER go to box stores again. If I can, I'll drive the two hours to General Plumbing supply for parts and items. Roger and Bryan were understanding, patient and customer friendly. And the prices were comparable To the box stores. Please go here if you can.

Had a problem with an old Winnebago shower valve. These guys went way out of their way to help meHad exactly what I needed and installed the new seal kit for me as well. Their service is tops! As good as it gets. Thanks, Glen.

On several occasions I've called General Plumbing Supply because the large big box hardware store didn't have what we needed and they've always come through for me. However our last experience was extremely above and beyond - we bought a new house, a few weeks in our water heater springs a leak - we call the plumber that installed it (we had the records and it wasn't a conventional system) and the earliest they could get us in was in Monday afternoon (it was Friday morning) - fine... They came Monday afternoon and replaced the corroded pipe but the unit wouldn't turn on because a sensor had gone bad, they told us they'd find the part and be back. It's a tiny part and I was frustrated to not have hot water for possibly a few more days, so I started calling. General Plumbing asked all the right questions, found out right away the part was under warranty, they called their supplier who didn't have it but the next morning I got a call back after they reached out to a few upline suppliers- they'd found it in the Bay area and the Bradford White rep would bring it up the hill to me free of charge. So next day I swung by and grabbed the part! Plugged it in and my water heater fired right up. That plumber we hired? Yea, he called me back, they wanted $280 for "finding the part" and even acknowledged it was under warranty and the part was free. Umm no, a local supply company did that faster and free because working with your manufacturers to replace broken parts under warranty is part of the job! Also when I got the part too they were super friendly, and even gave my toddler a coin so she could get some M&Ms out of their candy machine :)
