The woman (white/blond hair) who "helped" my husband was very rude. He was visibly shaken when he came out of the store. She was short with his questions and acted irritated. He asked for prices and she scanned his license, which is an invasion of privacy. Told him he wasn't gonna want to pay because it was expensive. Not helpful at all. An anti-salesman. We will never go back. We went to Staples for the art folder that she wanted to put in a box and said we weren't gonna want to do. Staples was wonderful. Put it in an envelope, no problems.

The staff is exceptionally rude, we had a package for shipping and had never been here. The very large old woman there decided to not only not help for 24mins, but then decided to mock us for not using a kiosk when I asked for the receipt and how I inconvenienced her. Let's not mention the old man that works there flirting with a woman at the printer the whole time, or the person that would poke their head out of the office, saw us and went back inside, or the other person that just kept fondling papers on a table the whole time. I'll keep on the old large woman being rude and insulting for when she decided to grace us with her presence to insult instead. Lost my business and lost the business of my company. Rip

This Fed Ex doesn't offer live scan services but the certified Fed Ex at Mail N More in the Bel air shopping center does have live scan services. 2280 Grass Valley Hwy, Auburn, CA 95603. Highly recommended.

Would not allow me to pick up my shipment of wine without a drivers license or state issued ID. Told me their policy did not allow passports as an acceptable ID because there was no address on a passport. When I returned after finding my license, the employee did not need my address just said that the policy required it.

She took our stuff and said we will put it in a box for you and then charged us whopping $18 for packaging without telling us. We ended up paying it, will never be using this fedex center. She didn’t even pack it in front of us, feels like evasion of privacy.

I had a somewhat tricky print job related to a small stack of recipe cards I designed for my boyfriends mom for Christmas. They put so much effort in to help me get it printed properly and it came out looking beautiful. Best experience I've had at FedEx by far.

Printed sales contract from phone; print quality was good & service was good. A little pricey but not too bad.

Woman employee was short tempered and got so upset when my husband went to customer service without scanning his ready for shipment package. She was so rude. He told her he was hard of hearing and needed assistance. She went over scanned the package and said wait for your receipt! There were two other patrons and another employee. No rush. She may have been under the influence.

Rudest and most inattentive staff I’ve ever met the blonde lady has a major attitude problem didn’t end up getting my prints will never return I’m sure staples employees can do their job efficiently

This Fed Ex store was awesome. I had 2 very large and heavy boxes to pick up. They did not fit in the bed of my full size pickup truck. Everett was incredibly helpful! He went above and beyond to help me find the way to fit both of them. He was super customer focused, and I was very grateful for his assistance!

I stood at the counter for 25 minutes just to drop off a pre paid package with no acknowledgment from the lady working in the back printing. She just said she would be with me in a minute and left me standing here. Needed the tracking info and for her to just scan my package quickly.
