El Charro Market is an excellent, authentic Mexican market and take-out food spot. The food is awesome, incredible, and delicious, with many specialty items and spices. It is known for its huge, flavorful burritos, tender carnitas, and homemade tamales and tacos. The homemade salsas and guacamole are also on point. The service is friendly and excellent. Customers order at the back of the market, where they can also find a butcher with fresh meats, cheeses, and Mexican pastries. Some note that the store can be expensive and not very stocked, but it is widely considered a serious gem.
I had their chicken burrito today and it was huge and the wettest burrito that I’ve ever had (much better than a dry one) but I thought it was too big and had too much stuff in it. It fell out of the tortilla as i was eating so I had to re-wrap using the foil. Very tasty.
