ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO LIVE!! I can't believe how lucky I was to get my very first apartment which was a studio here at Drift wood. It is such a safe and quite complex. Huge beautiful pool that is deep so my bf's daughter loved being able to dive in it. Every single neighbor is friendly, giving, and keeps to themselves! The maintenance man, Ronald is always on it and Jackie who does the cleaning is super sweet and helpful! Lastly the manager Property manger Carol is amazing! She is kind, creates fun holiday themed actives where you can win prizes and wants to make sure you are happy!! I swear one day we will be back! (:

It was a nice place to store my trailer. The lady running the office is cherry and very approachable.One downfall is not enough cameras on site. Especially in the back areas where trailers could be broken into.

manager is a stick in the mud, but owner is nice and one of the staff usually has problems but everything else about this place is awesome, nice quiet location and affordable studio apartments
