Yesterday I was traveling from the coast back to my hometown in Idaho. In Auburn my car started quaking and the service engine light flashed. We couldn’t hit the pass in that condition … our GPS showed us that Drake’s was the nearest shop. We drove up to find it was closed, and Google let us know that all the shops around here are as well. As I walked away from the door, I heard a voice come through the camera. Drake said he’d make sure we were safe for our travels. I was overwhelmed with gratitude when he said he needed to go find the needed parts at the parts store. Our car isn’t too common around here so he had to order it the next day. But guess what? He fixed our car in the morning as soon as he got the part so that we could get home safely. I am so grateful for his kindness. If you are in the fence about choosing them for your repair I hope this sways your decision. This guy has such integrity and thoroughly went over our car for safety. Thank you Drake!!

Took great care my BMW. A higher level of automotive and customer care. They know what they're doing! They keep it real, have integrity, and are very knowledgeable. I am very confident leaving her in their hands.

Best auto shop I’ve ever been to!! Nice people, clean and inviting, and the most comfortable couches to sit in while you wait!! The owner and whole staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and they diagnosed and fixed my truck very quickly!! Definitely my new shop that I’ll be returning to!

If you’re looking for a “Quality” auto shop. That’s what Drake’s is about.
Transparency, quality, communication, and absolutely amazing customer service. I have been a customer here for at least 8 years, at time of post. Never had an unresolved issue, and if there was an issue (very rare) they had the accountability to set it right, even above and beyond.

We bring our cars here exclusively, best customer service and reasonable pricing. I was told fixing and maintaining a MB would be expensive. Not here!

I went to Drake's today for an inspection on my Subaru. They were super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable!!
